Hi guys! ^_^

Yup, here's another Mulan PODM wanted thread for your guys to enjoy... looking for these scenes in particular, but I honestly LOVE this movie and the scene selections were so awesome there's not one cel I don't like! :lol:

Okay, cell lowdown right here:

PENDING/IN THE MAIL: Mulan getting yelled at by topless Shang (:naughty: :lol:), MY GRAIL SCENE AKA CELL NUMBER 10 <3

Cell 1: Not sure if this exists, but OMGosh most touching moment in the whole movie <3
Cell 2: "Excuse me, does Fa Mulan live here?" :rofl: LOVE the looks on their faces <3 Again, not sure this exists...
Cell 3: Seen a couple of these floating around! Think the colours in this scene are really... vibrant? Really love this cell! :)
Cell 4: *angels sing* GRAIL SCENE!! Probably doesn't exist, but hey a girl can dream, right? ^_^
Cell 5: Another non-existent GRAIL SCENE, because these guys are the most underrated sidekicks EVER. "How 'bout a girl who's got a brain..."
Cell 6: This exists, and I am DYING for it. The looks on their faces are priceless! ^_^;
Cell 7: Grandma Fa reminds me so much of my own Grandmother, I'd love this scene! "...and even you can't blow it!"
Cell 8: "Uhh... I've got a name, and it's a boy's name too..." Very smooth Ping, very smooth. :lol:
Cell 9: Again this is another scene I LOVE but is rather unattainable and 'grail' status... nice shot of both Khan and Mulan <3

Cell 11: Such a beautiful cell! Really love this song in the movie, it's very relatable to me :) <3

OTHER WANTED SCENES: Everything else! :lol: ^_^ Mushu scenes (just realised I haven't got any scenes with Mushu in them on my MOST WANTED lol), Mulan sitting on the pole, Mulan with her Dad, Fa Zhou (infamous cherry blossom scene), Mulan getting wheat picked out of her hair, Mulan with her mother, Fa Li... This WILL get added to. My PODM quest of the Century! :lol:

Willing to buy at a reasonable price or trade well with pins from my collection (within reason) or traders :) I can also trade art for these... examples of my work will be posted on my DeviantArt page in the upcoming weeks as I get samples done, link coming soon) :) I'm a jack of many trades, want something made or done? TELL ME! PM me and I'll see what I can do depending on requests... only thing I will say is that I am a full time student so anything that may take a little longer than the standard sketch or painting will be completed by me as fast as my schedule allows <3 Christmas holidays and Halloween break is coming up in England, so I got lots of time on my hands during those periods! Yup. I am desperado for these pins.

Yes, we do have great taste :) I am getting some mulan PODMs in soon - went crazy buying them :) So, hopefully all will be good, but if not, eh, it's Mulan. What's NOT to like?!

P.S. I think cell #3 ended for $50-60 on ebay.

Wow, why are you furious? I went and bought scenes and did all the work, why can't I keep one good scene?
I really don't appreciate your comments, read the forum rules and watch yourself before you post nasty comments about other people.
You need to be careful as you are threading on thin ice.

This is just my opinion but Im glad with ANY scene I get. I paid someone a head of time to get me a scene, and its not one of the most popular ones, but Im glad to have a Mulan pin. It has Mulan in the scene, so I am happy. As much as I would have LOVED LOVED LOVED a scene with Mulan and her father, Im satisfied. Id rather have a pin than have no pin. I cant afford over $100 for a Mulan pin on ebay, as Im sure many arent. Thats just my 2 cents. I just think everyone should be happy that they got a pin. I know, everyone wants the best scenes, but they arent always there. I dont want a fight to start here. Im just sayin. Now Ill do a dance :wiggle:
 
For everyone that has decided to take a personal attack on Mahrii, you all need to put yourselves in check. She went out of her way(Gas, lodging, any other expenses) to get pins for people she does know or has never meet(including me). She has EVERY right to have first pick of scenes. She's doing all the work. If someone wants a specific, then go to WDW or DLR yourselves and wait in line to get your scene. This is the chance you take with these specific pins. And this goes for anybody going to get PODM's for other people. Not just Mahrii. I say the person picking them up has first choice, period. I completely appreciate the fact that Mahrii took time to get me a pin since I live in Ohio and can't get down to WDW for every release. Thank you Mahrii for picking up my Mulan pin.

You are so very much welcome, it is nice to know that there are people that appreciate others hard work. Just for clarification, I have already refunded 100% of this person's money, so I have no idea how they claim I bought my pins with her money. But Oh, well to each his own.

I thought that this was an ADULT group and foolishly expected ADULT behavior. The clique-ish behavior seen regarding this Mulan fiasco is just embarrassing. I joined this forum thinking that I would meet new like minded people and be able to discuss, trade, buy etc and what I have found is just disturbing. You cannot honestly believe if someone sells you something, tells you that they only have (bad) ones then less than a three hours later publicly admits that they have a great one is okay? What makes it right to decide which ones are for them to keep/trade/sell for more money when I paid for it on September 25th? It is dishonest and it should be discussed OPENLY not hidden away and controlled. When people behave badly they need to be held accountable for it and hiding it only perpetuates more of said behavior.

Had I known that the buy/wanted forum was a back alley ebay I would have stayed away. I paid OVER EBAY prices for a pin sight unseen because of positive feedback and what I was told by the seller. I do not care about gas, lodging, lines or any other factor as this should be ABUNDANTLY clear to any and every collector..... SHE WAS GOING THERE FOR HERSELF ANYWAY!! That said whether or not I and countless others asked her/anyone to pick something up WHILE THEY WERE THERE ANYWAY, it should never be suggested that they is somehow responsible for the travel, gas, food or any other cost of going there!

On eBay if a seller tells you that the shipping and handling fees for sending ONE PIN is 10.00 because of gas, bubble wrap, parking meters etc you would stay away from that seller. The same principle applies here except more so as people are proclaiming to be doing us a favor, a FAVOR by charging us more than what we would pay on ebay and they are making more than they would because of the 12-14% ebay/paypal fees. I resent paying someone to do me a "favor" and then cherry picking what they consider to be the "good" cherries!

If anyone would like to know more about this issue feel free to contact me. I see the little pow-wow in the chat room going on and it is clear that soliciting defense in a chat is totally acceptable but voicing a VALID concern on a forum post is cause for alert. This was a very, very shady transaction and I hope that any and all others that have been taken advantage of are represented and equally defended. You do not have to have a history with someone or even know them for that matter to know what is right and what is wrong.

Defending abhorrent behavior by anyone shows the defenders character also. If you validate/condone bad behavior it is because you yourself would do the same.

It is easy for you to say that she was there anyway she should give you the best stuff. Did she promise you a specific scene? Was any mention of a choice of scenes mentioned? If you want the best choices go for yourself. There is a lot of stuff that goes into picking up a pin for somebody. Especially if it is a Limited Edition which has a limit of 2 per person. If you don't like not having a choice of scenes wait until they come out and try to arrange a trade then or spend the money on ebay.

The forums are not the place for it however per the rules. So don't complain about somebody not playing by your rules and then break the rules of the forum!

She did in fact assure me that she would "match people to characters they liked" Funny how it is against the rules to call someone out for shady practices but it is totally acceptable to defend someones bad behavior publicly.

Clearly your opinion shows that you would do the same thing, you cannot condone something unless you yourself would do the same thing. Thank you for making that clear, maybe there could be a list of people that think it is not only acceptable it is standard practice to take money up front (bankroll) to purchase something and then keep/trade/markup what the general consensus has proclaimed as "grail" or "choice" pins. You want to do that AFTER the fact that is one thing, asking for money to finance your shopping trip is quite another.
