Hey with getting a few more pins since i last posted my display on my lanyard and it was getting rather full so me and my boyfriend went shopping today to look for something to display my pins on and ive seen alot of you have used canvas' to display your pins so we decided to get a canvas after a little debate and then was questioning what to do with it ither leave it white or paint it or spray it and after a very long discussion we decided to spray paint it and we have made it look like the night sky with stars looks really good and im happy how it came out and with my pins on there it looks alot nicer just feel a tad gutted as only got a small collection but going to get bigger sooner or later but what do you guys think

Lovely! It looks great! :D I like how it glitters.

I use canvas too for some of my pins, if you keep moving the pins you will get a lot of holes in it- so try not too move them too much.
If it does get a lot of holes you can cover the whole thing with fabric, and it looks nice again! :)

Thanks i love how it looks too really impressed on the turn out and no i do not plan on moving them about as i know they will rip soon as on there thats how they are staying just cant wait to see what looks like with more pins on it and yeah every form of display has its pros and cons theres no deffinate garuntee on all is there

Soon you'll be saying you don't have enough room! I know how hard it it to capture the glitter effect in photos, it looks really nice!
Liking the Tink sitting underneath as well :)

The good thing about canvas's is that .. Look at all the room left for more pins :D

Looks great by the way :)

wow love the glitter paint...and now you're in trouble, you've moved from lanyard to board YOU ARE IN TROUBLE...now ya have to fill it. BTW if the canvas gets heavy or seems like it will rip you can go to a large hardware or craft store and get cork to fit the back of the board and hot glue or tack the cord to the back of the canvas.

Great canvas idea!! Tinker ell plus sparkles =winning combo!!! Your collection will soon grow, and you willfid yourself with no more room on there before you know it hehehe! What pins do you collect? Is it just tinker?xxx
