Maybe it's just me, but I always hate when they put Peter Pan and Tinker Bell as a couple. Too me it should be Wendy with Peter Pan.

Tinker Bell has always been in love with Peter, which is why she tries to kill Wendy in the beginning of the movie. The pairing makes sense to me.

I didn't think of that. It doesn't really bother me that they are a part of the set. Do I think there could have been a better choice? Probably. It doesn't keep me from wanting to collect the set any less though.

Yeah, Peter's a bit of a manwhore.

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

It does not bother me. What really bothers me about the set is the artwork of the Tangled one.

You do realize Peter Pan is supposed to be an eternal child, right? Pairing him with a human girl who would expect romantic gestures, though she's still practically a child herself, makes no sense. Peter has no idea what a kiss is, he isn't flirting with Wendy or Tiger Lily or even the mermaids, he's showing off. He's a little boy that wants all the attention on himself and girls are very willing to give him that attention.

If it bugs you, don't get the pin, it's incredibly simple. I like it, even go so far as liking the Peter/Tink idea because they aren't human, they're Fae folk. Different sorts, of course, but still technically the same.

You don't have to be snippy, sweetheart - The set is called "Disney Couples" and they did choose to include Pan. There's no harm in discussing it - and kidding around about who he should be paired with.

It's a nice set and the pan/tink pin is a good one, but yeah, kind of weird for a "couples" set.

What bothers me about this set is that there is not a Simba & Nala OR a Carl & Ellie  Shame on you Disney!!!!!

Yeah, it would have been nice to see some of the couples that aren't used as much. It seems like they avoided Pixar altogether, but I would have loved Buzz & Jessie and Woody & Bo Peep. Or Linguini & Collette

Simba & Nala and Woody & Peep would have been adorable pins! Maybe they'll make another set with less popular characters if this set gets enough love.

It's nice that they included Robin & Marian in this one, though.

@LadyArmouna - I'm sorry! In retrospect, my reply to your post sounded very rude. Don't know why I got all defensive. Sent you a PM.

While I'm not bothered by Tink and Peter personally, they were not FORMALLY a "couple" so yeah, it's a wee bit of an odd choice. I agree that in their place, Simba and Nala would've been better. The ones I'd rather see than Tink and Peter are...
Simba & Nala
Pocahontas & John Smith
Hercules & Meg
Esmeralda & Phoebus

Also, is anyone else but me a little annoyed that they continually choose to feature Tiana and Naveen in their frog forms? I mean, I get it... they spend the majority of the movie as frogs and are prepared to do so for the rest of their lives but ... there's so few pins of Naveen as a human. I dunno...a pin of Tiana and Naveen in their wedding garb seems like it would've been so much prettier for this set.

I completely agree with this. The pairing makes sense to me. Even though Peter doesn't have feelings for anyone.
