Im a couple of days late but ive been overwhelmed with emotions and whenever i sat down to write a thank you my mind would go blank because i was still in complete shock. Now that ive settled down i can finally sit down and write it.

ive never felt that kind of feeling before because I still feel the same way I felt Saturday night, I feel like I won the Super Bowl. I feel like I should get my own geico commercial, the ones that go;
You know Ronny folks who switch to geico sure are happy
How happy are they?
Happier than Nathan getting his Up! marquee.
I started collecting marquees around the Tangled PODM release and that’s around when it first one hit $500, so I knew right away that this pin was going to be a challenge to get. As time went by and I learned more about it I got more and more obsessed with it. When Catburger and I would hang out it was always the subject of our conversations, for a while I was convinced that this pin didn’t exist and it was just a hoax. A couple of months later I was offered it for my Tangled marquee and I immediately took the opportunity and then I got the dreaded email that she "lost it at PTN", that email crushed me. The fact that I couldn’t get this pin was getting to me and it was driving me CRAZY!!!!! I actually kept a record of where I knew they were located, I knew where 32/150 of them were in the world (I was that crazy). I found out that there was someone in Chicago that had 3 of them and I contemplated traveling to Chicago to get 2 of them (One for me and one for Catburger). The last couple of weeks have been hell for me with it selling for $744 BIN I knew I was never going to get it, so I just pretended that it didn’t exist. That is how crazy I was about that pin; it was my grand supreme ultimate holy grail. I cant thank everyone who particapated in Moe's game and everyone who attended the exchange enough. The fact complete strangers pitched in to make my dream come true completely blows me away and all of you hold a special place in my heart for your generosity. The particapation in the game, the card i received with everyone's signature and the exchange meant more to me than getting the pin. I am completely blessed to be a part of a community with such big hearted people and beautiful people. Everyone on this forum is like family to me and i hope you all have the best of holidays

Congrats Nathan! So glad you got your ultimate grail pin! And also great to see friends do something very special for someone they care about so much!

So wish we could have been there to see your face Nathan. I'm just glad I got to see it on video at least . Enjoy your marquee! You deserve it!

congrats on getting the pin, it is a great pin and since you kept count, welcome to the group who have it
It feels so good to say "I OWN AN UP MARQUEE", thousands of people can say theyve won a gold medal or a super bowl ring but only 150 people can say they have an Up marquee

100% agree and surprisingly for me that was not the hardest UP pin I needed to find, I was lucky to get it from the person on pinpics back at the end of 09 and they at the time was the only person trading it to 105 wanting (crazy how I remember) and he agreed to sell it to me cause I was only trading about 2 months got it for $100. so whenever I see prices for it nowadays I think I was lucky the guy said yes and at the time I thought $100 was crazy money..

Welcome to the club! Seriously how did I miss this!?!? I would have loved to have contributed to this. Congrats buddy! Couldn't have happened to a more deserving guy.

woohoo!!! thats what im talking about Nathan!!! You're officially in the UP Club of Marquees!!! hahaha. Now i have no use for my extra UP Marquee! hehehe. Im seriously happy you got the pin. I remember all our conversations at the park about going to Chicago and breaking in to that guys house who had 3! hahah

Im sorry and Cat and I weren't able to attend the exchange. As a matter of fact, were sorry we havent been to many of the disney gatherings lately. Life's been getting in the way -_- . But just know we're both really excited and truly happy you have your "HOLIEST" of grails. We couldn't think of a better person to have it than you.

All the best my "brotha from anotha motha"!

I'm so happy for you, sweetheart. You are honestly one of my favourite people in pin trading. You have such a big heart! Any time I go to an event, whenever you see me, no matter how busy you are or what you're doing, you always take a moment to immediately come over and give me a big, warm hug. So when Goofy Moe told me about what he wanted to do for you, I didn't hesitate before digging into my trading bags and pulling out a big hand full of pins to use as prizes in the game! And then knowing this time what we, as a group, accomplished, and that you were going to have the best Christmas ever, brought so much joy to my heart. Of course the best moment was being at that pin exchange, which was first and foremost a FRONT so that we could give you the pin without suspicion being aroused, when you opened all those layers of envelopes and tape, and that look of shock and joy on your face as you realized what you held in your hands. I have the same tears in my eyes right now, remembering it, as I did when we all crowded around, eagerly watching you, as you went through all of those emotions of getting your most wanted pin. I couldn't be happier for you if I tried, and this couldn't have come to a more deserving friend!!! ♥♥♥
