This has been one heck of a week. I've been really sick lately and not been able to do very much, including checking in here, so I was really surprised to have 3, count them, 3 zaps, one great trade, and a new dog too!

A great zap from Charlie (CheshireCat), who knows of my undying love of chocolate orange and of Cheshire himself

A zap from Docfish (David). We did a trade (where I was totally excited to get a new Ariel pin for my collection!!! Woohoo!!) and he sent this along too!

Then, I got an email from Darris (Rasputin) that he had found one of my siggy pins!! Wow!!

On top of all that, I did a great Pinpics trade for this beauty

And last but not least, last night I picked up a furry guy that could be our new baby. It's only a 2 week trial adoption but if things work out, he'll be staying with us permanently. His name is currently Oliver and I think we may keep that name. He just looks like an Oliver to me :)

Thank you all so so so much for all of the sweet zaps and thoughts. I really can't thank you enough. Things have been so yucky lately with the move and having my hubby in another state for the next month and any number of other problems right now, plus being sick on top of it all just really blew the wind out of me for a while. It was really something to go to the mailbox (or the post office as it were) and have surprises waiting for me, and not just any surprises, but really big ones. Wow, I just can't think of anything else to say but thank you all so much for being such great pin friends :)

Thanks guys! Yeah, I'm super happy about all the cute pins. And Mr Oliver is just adorable. He gives hugs!! Can you imagine a 100 lb dog cuddling up and giving hugs? But he does. He just curls up next to you, and on you, and puts his big head into the crook of your arm or into your lap. Such cuteness all in one giant St Bernard package :)
