My boards are made of two layers of coroplast (corrugated plastic - think yard signs) covered with fabric, with optional fabric-covered coroplast cutouts for "pin-on-pin" type detail. Picture wire is secured on back for hanging. I also send work-in-progress photos so you can see how it's going!
BASE PRICES:
Shape based on 18" x 24" rectangle
Shape only, with no pin-on-pin detail: $60 shipped
With pin-on-pin detail: $85 shipped
With LOTS of pin-on-pin detail: $90-110 shipped
Shape based on 24" x 24" square
Shape only, with no pin-on-pin detail: $85 shipped
With pin-on-pin detail: $125 shipped
With LOTS of pin-on-pin detail: $130-150 shipped
Larger or smaller sizes available; price to be determined based on the above scale.
I will also take pins in trade, based on roughly equivalent selling value (DPF/ebay). Pins don't have to be on my wants; if you ask to trade pins for a board, I will look through your traders & make an offer.
All prices paid up front as goods. Prices may vary based on detail & fabric choice.
I don't have any of my own, since I don't collect Stitch. But this thread is for me to make a custom board; you tell me the shape & color you have in mind, I ask you questions about what kind of details and how large and that sort of thing, and figure out how much it'll cost.
PM me if you'd like to commission one; it would be interesting to think of what shapes might work for a Stitch collection. (A duckling? A space ship? A silhouette of stitch? A surf board? Elvis? Hmmmm...)
The first thing that comes to my mind for Chip and Dale is an acorn. I could also do a tree, although that would require more detail, especially more cutting time. I'm always open to other ideas!
When Disney pins have multiple layers, they call it pin-on-pin-- like the Genie's desk in this pin:
Some of the boards I make have detail that is created by adding an extra layer, like Cinderella's shoe or Diablo's wing or the celtic bear design in the photos above. I've taken to calling that "pin-on-pin" just to give an idea of what I mean.
I love your Sorcerer hat board and the idea of making a Chip N Dale board in the shape of an acorn. That is the first thing that pops into my mind when I think of them!

As an owner of the cutest Thumper board around I must testify to the fact that Vixy's boards are the bomb! The quality is amazing and are a great way to display your collection.
