Hi everyone! I just recently started decorating canvas shoes with disney characters and I was wondering if there would be any interest in trading for a pair or possibly buying one? I don't have all the details worked out as far as shoes used ( some people may want Vans or Keds or Toms etc.) you could send your shoes to me and I could decorate them and send them back to you... Like I said, I'm not sure about that part yet, but here are some pictures of my personal pair:

Please post if you'd be interested! :wiggle: Thank you!

i am also willing to trade for Disney dolls! I would love some more for my collection!

let me know when u do sum NBC art. I think I would wear NBC shoes every time I am at the park. Nice job.. keep up the good work.

Awesome!

I have a few questions:
1) What's an Etsy?
2) What kind of shoes do you use?
3) How do you prevent the markers from bleeding/what kind of markers do you use?
4) If the shoes get wet, will they become runny/be ruined?

Hey sis!

awesome!

Esty is an online site where you can set up an online shop to sell things you make.

As for shoes, I have been thinking and I believe it would be best for the customers to supply their own shoes and mail them to me to decorate. That way you can be sure they fit well.

I can decorate just about any canvas shoe. I use BIC permanent markers and acrylic paint.

I use a waterproofing spray to make sure they do not run.
Although the shoes will be waterproofed, I do not recommend getting them wet. I've worn my shoes outside after its rained, on wet grass and they have not bled, but I would still be extremely careful.

I hope I answered all your questions well! Thank you for asking!

Thank you! You answered my questions very well

The shoes are really cool!

I would be interested in purchasing but probably not until a couple months as my budget needs recovering

Etsy gives you .20 listings for about four months ( and will charge both PayPal and final sale fees) but they won't charge you until your tab runs to $25 so its very good to at least start with them. I just started my store this weekend so if you have newbie questions for a newbie , I can help you a bit too =)

Great!

Thank you!
Okay, let me know whenever you are ready!

Thank you! I'll be sure and take you up on that!

How much? I'd love some lion king ones in the style of my signature. Probably can't afford them right now but I'd love an estimate

For something more complicated like the shoes I made for myself, I was thinking along the lines of $80. For simpler designs, it would certainly cost less to do. Did you mean just Mufasa and Simba looking up at the stars? That would look very nice on a side of a shoe!

So that's what I am thinking.. But feel free to PM me with your ideas and to get a better look at pricing.
