Oswald Pins

That's crazy that there is hardly any WDW Oswald pins... There is a store of just Oswald stuff in DCA...

Aside from enjoying the heck out of Disney history, that store is one of the biggest reasons I can't wait to finally visit Disneyland (and DCA)

my favorite thing is the big feet. they crack me up and remind me of the very old cartoon characters.

Not an Oswald collector BUT. I am glad Disney finally got the "rights" back for him a few years ago.

He is really a VERY IMPORTANT part of Disney history and he is really the character "that started it all". He is the reference in "Saving Mr. Banks" when Walt (Tom Hanks) travles to London to talk with Ms. Travers about the rights to Mary Poppins. Walt says to her "I know what its like to lose control over a chacter you love and created" (sic) referring to Oswald when Walt lost the rights to Pat Powers and/or Mr. Mintz.

Good old Oswald is an important part of Disney history!!

As an Oswald fan living in Florida, I'm very disappointed that the Oswald HM pins are DL only. Does Disney not understand he's loved all over the country? I've only ever seen two or three types of Oswald pins in WDW so the others in my collection have been bought either here or on eBay.

I would be happy to trade you HM Oswald pin set for the HM Pascal pin set. It would take some time for us to collect them all and weed out scrappers, but I am willing to try if you are!

Aw no, I just didn't know which one was which. I also didn't notice the L until you pointed it out. Kind of surprised I missed it! Still like the pin though!

I highly doubt it.

I only have the WDW version, and I didnt even notice the DL error.

Definitely. I'll be at WDW at least 4 times this year, so I'll be sure to be on the lookout for the Pascal set.
