Fast update! Just got home from Vegas!!

Classic cutout series 1 is here and we have been packaging up all weekend. We have all but 150 orders done and ready to ship.

Acme recieved 2 of the 4 Land LE100 pins. They are waiting for the other 2 to be sent to them and they will then mail to us.

Profiles, Taste of Royalty and dreamers will follow after.

Classic cutout series 2 is still in production.

We are so close to getting this done. Thank you again to all of you for your understanding, support and friendly messages! It was absolutely amazing to meet some of you this weekend!!!

There are still three orders from June 20th for the A/P pins in prepackaging stage and labels have been created with no shipping activity June 28th. There is a fourth order that was placed on June 18th with no activity. Can you please advise with some updated information? Additionally, what is going on with the Gold Membership pins as well? We are being more than patient but I would appreciate solid answers to these questions. Update.....I just received notification of the June 18th purchase shipping . Thank you for your quick response.

The fathers day pins were held up in shipment from the Shanghai China gallery store. We will have the remainder coming in next week. Those are the Le100 pins.

The gold Memeber ship pins will ship July 31st.

Why aren't those "shipped" orders being taken to the post office while they're still packing up other orders? This just doesn't seem like a good (or smart) way to do business. I've held back on ordering anything else because of this.

I have three orders from last month that are still pending "shipped" as well. It would be appreciated if there was an update on the status. Additionally, my post was deleted as well and have no idea why.

Is there someone we can talk to that does the shipping? I sent an email to the person who sent the shipping confirmations, but they never replied. And my orders are NOT presales (and were supposedly in stock), show shipped by Pinopolis, but never delivered to the post office. They have been like this for three weeks now and could be lost. If you say other orders are shipping, why haven't these?

@Pinopolis Ambassador: Could you please provide the metals used in the cut out pin variations. I believe I have a rose gold, silver, yellow gold, gold and not sure of the 5th variation. The yellow gold and gold seem almost the same, so not 100% sure these are different variations.
