Possibly The Moment You've All Been Waiting For...
Like many others, we'd be interested in pieces of that Tangled collection. For the time being, however, I'd agree that you can get in the 4 figures for the R/C Rapunzel. Congratulations on the upcoming wedding!

Congrats on your wedding! You can really help fund your wedding with the sale of your Tangled pins. I hope you get a lot to help start out your new chapter in life right.

Don't cut yourself short, sweetie. It sells for $1800.00, you need the money for your dream come true wedding. Go for the gold. Don't take less just to be nice. Hugs

I don't know too much about Rapunzel pins, because I'm not a collector, but I have to agree with Tinker's advice here.

There are a lot of diehard Tangled collectors here on this forum, and a lot of them are REALLY going to want this pin, but don't let yourself fall for any sob stories, or cut the price in half for anyone just to be nice. Your wedding is supposed to be one of the most magical days of your life, and if you have to sell one of your most favorite pins to have it be as magical as possible, get the most you possibly can for it. (You can worry about zaps and niceness after your wedding, when money's not so much of an issue!)

Congratulations on your upcoming special day - Your dress is absolutely GORGEOUS. I hope you'll feel comfortable enough to share photos of the actual wedding when its over and done with! Because I would love to see what you look like in it!

Thanks so much everyone I'm going to have to think long and hard about this - it's a scary thing to think one shiny piece of metal could pay for my dress, veil, belt and two bridesmaids dresses!

On a side note, I wish I had a chaser to give to all my friends free of charge cause you guys are awesome

Hey Brittany

I miss seeing your posts on the boards but I am excited for your change of priorities and your dress is absolutely stunning!!!

would love to see your wedding photos posted on here

Good luck with your sale if you chose to do so and all the best for the future!!!

Hawaii But since money is tight and my fiance just got a job as a teacher, we're going to wait until the summer of 2014 so we have time to save up the money and not have to stress!

 Oooh Hawaii!!! That's amazing!!! Congratulations!!! *throws confetti*

I hope your wedding is everything you've always dreamed it would be and that you keep your favorite tangled pin if you decide to sell your tangled collection.

It's scary to think how much a little piece of metal can cost when there is much demand for it I've seen the designers popping up again on the bay and my eye twitched a little, one day they'll probably ask for almost as much as your RC goes for now. T__T

However! So excited for your wedding! Yay and ooooooooo Hawaii~!

... but I have no idea what they're going for nowadays. Mainly the Reveal Conceal.

I would take no less than arm, leg and a clean pair of kidneys from someone who does not drink alcohol

It pains me to even consider parting with it, but if it comes down to a wedding or a pin....I'd pick the pin obviously.

Smart lady. I always tell you this: Elope to Atlantic City or any place of your choice. Save yourself the headache, wedding prep pain and tons of money that you could use as down-payment on your first home. And keep your pin & Kevin too

So....How does one even begin to price the Rapunzel chaser?

You don't need to price it. Just give it to me as a "Thank You" gesture for the brilliant advice I just gave you above.

Kidding aside my sweet, young friend: I am so happy for you and Kevin. Your dress is very elegant and dreamy, and I am so ever sincerely rooting for you to have a wonderful wedding and more importantly a very happy marriage afterwards

Disclaimer: I am not sucking up to Brittany to get the Rapunzel R/C

 ARMS! Must work on my arms! Need to give Mrs. Obama a run for her money hahaha

Arms, huh ?? I have 2 words for you: Shake Weight .. LOL ...

I have no clue if it works, but we found one in Tuesday Morning for $5 and hubby bought it. I will try it and PM you if it works ... LOL ..... how much more lazy can I get ??

Ahh Brittany thank you for sharing the picture of your dress! It is absolutely gorgeous!! I wish you all the best of everything and hope that your Wedding Day will be everything you and your husband want it to be! We would all love to see pictures ... if you're comfortable sharing! Sending you lots of Pixie Dust!! *bjr

I'll definitely share the wedding is in October so I have a while still to finish up planning!

We (my fiance and I) have started a blog of sorts to keep in contact with family and friends we don't see often, and will hopefully use it in the future for creative outlets as well. But if anyone is interested we'll be posting pictures of everything as we go: www.kevinandbrittany.com

Selen - I think my sister got one of those...I think it's being used as a doorstop hahaha

Congrats on your wedding and congrats on even owning the Tangled R/C! I'm proud to admit I'm neither a Tangled nor Up collector so as you and Stitch ponder selling your beauties, my bank account sleep tight and fat at night haha xD Don't sell yourself short and as others have said, the pin sells for much more than $1000, so don't cut yourself short ^_^

On a side note, I wish I had a chaser to give to all my friends free of charge cause you guys are awesome

Sadly, then you wouldn't be able to get your dress, your veil, and a whole bunch of other stuff though xD

Don't fear about the Designer pins haha The reason why the Rapunzel R/C pin is so rare is because the set in and of itself has an undefined small LE size, nobody knows exactly how many of those pins exist. On top of that, Rapunzel was the chaser so she is even LESS than the others. This means her LE size could be even as small as 25 for all we know, while the Designers are at a set 150 and 200 which is a large number if you think about it ^_^

Arms, huh ?? I have 2 words for you: Shake Weight .. LOL ...

I have no clue if it works, but we found one in Tuesday Morning for $5 and hubby bought it. I will try it and PM you if it works ... LOL ..... how much more lazy can I get ??

1) It doesn't really work
2) Best joke gift you can ever give someone. The year it came out, at my family Xmas party, 7 people received a Shake Weight and nobody knew anyone else was giving it as a gift lol It is just too funny!!!

First off CONGRATS!!! And omggggg ur dress is absolutely stunning!!!

Next off to answer ur initial question: Yes what others are saying is true; the Rapunzel R/C sold on Ebay at one point for $1000 but the most recent posting someone did buy it for $1800 (and they even charged for shipping! Lamesauce). So yes selling the pin could help alot of ur wedding expenses. My two cents (and I could be totally wrong).... I would say maybe auction it off on Ebay and let others drive up the price instead. Anyone who is familiar with that pin should know what it sold for before, so just a thought. Although I could see how the BiN option would be more convenient... *shrugs*

HI honey, i love that dress! No to be debbie downer and a mom....:|

Just remember you work hard, life can toss you som real **** sometimes SO .....a wedding is just a day. Every penny you slaved for, missed events for is gone at the end of your reception. I know alot of girls really focus on and want their dream day...and you deserve it, just remember the dream is the life time behind that, and the more financial problems you have in life the more strain it is on the marriage, i dontcare who you are. so yeh sell your pins you no longer love --have a happy blast of a wedding--but just for me, sock a chunk away for the tough times ok? xo you are such an incredible girl and you deserve it all.

if i knew how to add those gifs i'd to a picture of debbie downer for SNL... uggg
