I really want Meg and Hercules PTDs, and then Pain and Panic, Pegasus, Phil, Zeus, Hera. To be honest I'd probably buy any of the Greek gods, the titans, the muses as well lol.
 
I can see Maximus with a tray held in his mouth and a sundae on the tray. Or a spilled ice cream cone at his feet.

Thumper needs to go with Flower... and Bambi of course.

Definitely need Aurora to go with Maleficent and the fairies.

I still think Mama Odie will be coming soon....

There are a number of Lion King ones that still need to be made.

Awww, heck! I could come up with enough PTD's for years!
 
Hey Everyone!

Welcome back from PTD hiatus. If Mickey is any indication, I have a feeling that DSF will be releasing a slew of Fab Five/Common Characters in this round. (Thank Goodness) I don't feel rushed to get to DSF anymore. *Fingers Crossed for an Oswald*
 
I think you all proved to DSF that they can't make the pins we ask for because they create madness. I foresee fab 5's, Tink's, Merbabies, etc. for a while. To calm things down. I like the 1pp because they last longer, but it's gonna make it tough to trade for the ones you miss because you can only buy 1. Really helps out families that can get mulitples. Gas and parking up there all for 1 pin, ouch!$!

Haha, it's got to be the worst ever. It's my go-to for terrible pin ideas. Funny enough, I saw a Merbabies original movie poster on the Disney Magic cruise ship. I took a picture just to show it here! haha. (edit, My other go-to for worst PTD idea is Jar Jar Binks.)

I'll add, I'd LOVE this to be a pin!! Obviously not a PTD, but a nice size pin, maybe a jumbo.

I'd like to see sweeping reform, in the raising of the LE to about 750 (might even go 1000) and bring back two per person. That 750 number might even be enough for tourists to get a momento of their Hollywood trip and allow PTD table service. More pins for pin people and tourists. More money for DSF. Win/Win

I think they're afraid of another Ray or Chip incident. They brought out their first LE500 PTD in forever (Since Stitch 62683 5 years ago) and they did it with Ray from PatF (I consider it to be the ugliest PTD of all time.) No one rushed to buy him. He sat. Ray came out on Sept. 28th and he sat until Dumbo on October 22nd. Almost a month of selling only 500 PTD's!! Now-a-days 500 is 1 good day. Chip was another, he took 27 days to sell out at LE500. They REALLY should have made all those CRAZY popular characters LE1000. All the ones we were asking for. Gothel, Vanellopee, Flynn, Ariel, King Candy, Beast, Kevin, Giselle, etc. Make the super popular LE1000 because you know they will sell and then they get into a lot of hands for happier people. But no, they up the eidition size with two of their worst pins ever and they got scared.

is it lame that i just wanna eat my PTD in one of those cute sundae glasses at the counter? cryyyy!! :rofl: i'd love a raise of edition size if it meant a more generally pleasant PTD experience!

Honestly, that is how PTDs should be enjoyed. The craziness over these pins has ruined the sundae eating experience.

I LOVE MERBABIES!

Yes, seriously! Haha! <3 They're adorable! And they remind me of a cute little video I had when I was little, a sing-a-long one that had footage of Merbabies in it ^_^

Now does anyone have any Merbabies pins you wanna trade me!? PM away! ;)

Also, I like that DSF won't be crazy for a while... gives not only the pin traders a break, but the servers too! :)

i would counter that with the mulan ptd.

She was poorly portrayed. Ray is naturally ugly, however his personality is captured perfectly in his ptd as he stares at the sundae the same as he did with evageline. (a hopeless romantic type if you will) Mulan is just there sitting and in person this ptd looks way worst. I'm sorry I had to have my boy Ray's back. lol
 
I believe I remember the merbabies singalong as well! I know that little mermaid II return to the sea had some sort of merbabies short or sing along. hahaha that was thirteen years ago though....so who knows? I was just a little kid myself

My second ugliest of all is Cruella. In person, the pin is too small and the color is off. This pic looks better to me than it does in person. It's also like 4 times the real size.

All this talk of Merbabies made me check them out on pinpics. FOUR pins total. Three, really, but there are 2 versions of the 110 legacy version. I'm all for having a Merbabies ptd, or 2 or 3. I won't have to go to dsf for those 2 months. :lol: Also, I think the Ray ptd is ok and the Chip one is great, everyone who sees it seems to like it. It should have been an LE300, though. If they are going to do higher LEs (Which I think they should) they should only be for the "hot" characters. And I don't mean Jessica in particular. Just the ones that are selling like crazy.

If they did an Aurora PTD [which I hope they eventually do] I would love to have a set of all the Sleeping Beauty PTDs. I still don't see why they haven't done one of her yet, while Maleficent and the three good fairies each have their own PTD.
