Just because things are OE at the parks, doesn't mean that the DS.com's warehouse has plentiful stock. They are likely trying to balance expected demand with what they can ship, right now. Perhaps, later on quantity limits would be removed.

There are quite a few new plushes for the holidays including some of the Food and Wine items too :) They added quite a bit this week.
