RSP was just submitted!

I feel pretty good about getting the minimum allowed (3) for the more popular items for pick up. I will try to obtain additional items beyond the 3 in the RSP during the event.

Payments: for all items awarded to any DPF member, payment will be due immediately following notice of RSP results. Timeline for results is mid to late July (considering the event is the first week of August.)
- Items with a waitlist: If there is a wait list for the item, you will have one-two days (days will be dependent on currently unknown Disney timeline) to pay before the item is offered to the next waitlisted person.
- Items with no wait list: you will have a few additional days to pay, but there will still be a deadline for payment.
 
Oh and one more note. If anyone no longer wants any item previously requested, please let me know ASAP. The lists are flexible, up until payment is made. Once payment is made I will consider all requests to be final and no more cancellations will be accepted. Thanks!
 
The Haunted Mansion RSP result was provided by Disney Events yesterday. We did pretty well.

I am currently randomizing all of the lists on the first page for who will have first crack at the items. In a few cases there are enough for all requests and all will be able to obtain their item(s).
 
Randomization is complete. I found two errors when I proofed my work, so please let me know if you see an error.

Invoices will be going out in the next day or two. If you know now you not longer want an item which is noted as 'obtained' for you, please let me know ASAP, so I may offer it to the next person on a wait list or remove it from the items awarded in the RSP.

I have been busier than expected at work (and unfortunately work has to come first.) Trying to do the invoices in spare moments. Hope to get all invoices out by end of tomorrow.
 
I have messaged everyone with totals and paypal information (ie, invoices). Please double check me to confirm I identified all of your items correctly.
