trade requests going to junk

So I finally figured out why I never get any trade requests on pinpics, they have been going to my junk folder. Other messages from pinpics come through okay, I have marked the ones I found as safe but it seems it registers from there email rather than from pinpics so I don't know if I have fixed the problem. Has anyone else had this?

Yes.... this happens ALL the time. Finally, I set my email (hotmail) to filter the phrase "Pin Pics Trade Request" and put all of those in a special folder. It seems to have fixed the problem, but I still have to check my reg. inbox at times.

I also use gmail and found out two trade requests, one was very interesting but just traded the pin asked for another one unfortunately ! However I don't know if the trader was a trustworthy person, so no regrets for me !

I check my junk mail folder regularly. My hotmail account sends the pin pics trade requests to my junk folder quite frequently.

AOL dumps pretty much all my requests in my spam folder, every single day. No matter how many times I tell them it's not spam. This has been happening for months and months. I just check my spam folder several times a day.
