Easy. You let people bid separately or together, their choice. Then you decide which bids you like better. You can either choose 1 winner to get both pins if they have the best bid, or 2 different people to get each pin separately if both of their bids combined is better than someone bidding on both, then they win. It's up to you though, it seems like most people are just doing the both bid so far ;)
