I'm i the only one who ordered just after 5pm on release day and didn't get the Gaston pin :( i was so cross yesterday i opened my parcel to find just 2 dumbo pins...no explaning where the Gaston pins were so i phoned up and was told oh don't worry you will get your pins when we get the rest on Mon/Tues as we didn't have all 150 to start with!!!!I'm glad they have assured me i'm getting them BUT no e-mail,no phone call and no note inside my parcel to explain what was going on just really poor customer service from a company that prides themselve sin putting the guest first!!

I had a similar thing happen to me. I ordered some of the Little Green Men Earth Day pin sets when they were reduced in the sale, when my package arrived they weren't in there even though they appeared on the invoice. I immediately rang customer service and they explained that the pins had sold out and that's why they weren't included in my delivery. I had to ask to be refunded, but I wonder what would've happened had I not phoned them...I didn't receive any notes or emails to say that the pins I'd ordered were no longer available.

I know another 2 people at least that happened to if an item is sold out and there will definately be no more you should of been refunded straight away and had an apology without you having to ring up,i've been promised they will send the Gaston pins out when they get them Mon/Tues but i'm tempted to ring to make sure they do send them and as i placed my order at about 5.10pm how do they decide who gets the pins first and as they were back on the website yesterday i'm praying they don't sell more than they physically have(that being said they don't have them at the warehouse yet) i'm so tempted to go get the Haagen Das from the freezer!:)

I had the same thing with the little green men sets they were selling for £5 a set in the sale. I complained via email after 1 week and got postage refunded, another week passed complained again and got full money refunded and apology they had sold out. I complained a third time because i had to chase to find this out and get a refund so they let me choose 2 pins to the value of £10 the money i would have spent on the sets for free. I got the Bambi Valentines pin and Minnie core.
 
With my order that arrived on Friday there was supposed to be a giant Heffalump plush. Only a tiny box arrived so I instantly knew something was wrong!

I phoned up Customer Services and they said that it was out of stock and they said they would refund the charge of the soft toy and the dumbo pin!! :)

No email or anything prior to that though!!!!

Just to let everyone know i recieved my Gaston pins on Weds but one was damaged so i had to ring yet again to get a replacement but i got that yesterday afternoon so i'm now sending the damaged pin back along with a letter of complaint about the online service so will wait to see what comes of that.

Also anyone who dosn't know the Stitch St Patricks day pin release has been brought forward so should be available online later today and instore tomorrow(according to the website) you may want to ring your local store before making a special trip though

I can't understand this either Dax!! Very frustrating... and expensive. I don't normally like the Celebration pins anyway but hey ho!

I agree!!! Some people obviously spent £24 on the aliens set and then by the end of the year you could have got them for £2.00!! hahaha

I also picked up a load of LE's that were meant to be £7 for 50p. If we are not careful are pins will have no value. Therefore I am glad they a reducing the edition size!

Tangled is so overdue it is sickening!!!

i buy all the uk pins when there released to try and keep up with my collection,wish i new which would hang around and will be reduced.im with you on the fact that it makes the pins feel worthless when there reduced so much
 
Well the tron pin came out about 8 weeks after it was released in cinemas so fingers crossed for one soon!! :) :)

This weeks update looks like it is going to be another last minute thing before the bloke leaves the office for the weekend!!!!! Last thing he wants to be doing..
