Well it is sent courier by DHL and everytime I have ever made a disney store order in the past I have received a dispatch confimation at about 7.30am on the day of delivery. Nothing today!

Have phoned up disneystore again but I have been told that my inquiry is on hold and they are working on it.

What the heck does that mean?

They are working on it? What is there to work on?

I should've mentioned Martin. That order I made on Tuesday the 1st, which I recieved on Thursday the 10th...I didn't get a Dispatched e-mail for it. They had told me I most likely wouldn't be getting it until Friday, and then it just turned up on Thursday. If Disney have dispatched it to DHL, then it's DHL you need to contact to see what's what. If Disney still has your order, it's totally disgusting. Have they refunded your P&P yet like they did with me?
 
They didn't refund my P&P as I spent enough to get free delivery!

However they refunded me £3.50 for the LE Mickey pin which is almost a bit of an insult after all this mess..

Pins arrived today - well delivered to a neighbour, actually this time in boxes which was a surprise, pins were still loose though (wifey unpacked them). Now in bubble envelopes ready to go to their new homes tomorrow!

did anyone see on facebook about the stitch pins are ment to get to stores in the next day or so.i sooooooooo want it
 
Martin they must have given you a DHL Tracking number - any chance you can look that up on the website? The serice this time round has been shoddy to say the least, hope it turns up

That's bad, are you sure?? In my confirmation e-mails I received a DHL tracking number per order, I used this to check on the DHL site for progress etc. I thought that all orders would be given a number - when I checked mine yesetrday it told me that they had been delivered to a neighbour at 10:45am!
 
Wait til you hear this one...

Following my lovely email complete with spelling errors, missing grammar and missing words (sentences did not make sense)..

I have just found out that low and behold my item has been found!!

Where?

That's right with Disney not DHL. Guess what? They still haven't dispatched my order and I can expect it tomorrow. 13 days/ 14 days(inclusive of order date) after I made the order!

This is the 3rd/4th time I've been told that it will be here tomorrow. A real and absolute joke.

The only slightly good thing is that they have given me a good discount off the whole order. They have now agreed to take £18 off the order and they have given me a 10%code for my next (they hope) online purchase! This is slightly better than the measly £3.50 I was initially offered as compensation.

This whole thing has been a real drag and it still hasn't ended. I suppose I'll be spending another whole day waiting for it to turn up tomorrow... Our delivery man normally comes about 4pm but hell am I going to chance it by going out!

Our household is expecting another order from disney store today so it will be interesting wether that one turn up or not.

Been into the Birmingham store this morning and I've been told the Stitch pin is no longer the online exclusive they have been telling me for a week but it is due in with a delivery later in the week. Still no sign of it today though.

On the lanyards were.. I note: 1 x Dale Core, 1 x Tink core, 3 x Sleepy, 2 x Mickey core.

Wohoooooooooooo!! They used to have two lanyards but are now down to the solitary one!

for those not on facebook. danny started a thread on disneystores facebook page so we could list all our problems and wants relatin to pins in the uk.lots of people have posted with the usual problems.

Sort of leaves us hanging in suspense really..

I would speculate that they are moving to online only and therefore have sold off all the current stock pins. But I could be totally wrong of course.

Really interested to hear what they have to say.. we shall see!

Fingers crossed for my elusive oder tomorrow!! XP
