9 people have it to trade on pinpics, 24? want it, there were only 250 made, so if you are one of the 24? you have some stiff competition.
You are looking at a very rare combo of two extremely popular characters, so not only is the crossover of fan groups make the pin very wanted, but its low edition means those that do have it for trade, know they have a hot commodity. you could almost guarantee that a pin like that will either only go to grail for the trader or a DA 100 <most likely Jessica> of equal rarity.
In plain speak , if someone has it, they know they got a hundred folks grail in their hands an should treat it as such for trading. If you were expecting to trade for it , expect to trade dearly or equally hot pin to get it.
If your buying, well Caveat Emptor, any pin is worth however much you are willing to spend on it, any seller who is pricing it out of your reach either knows he can get the price he is asking and isnt going to come down, or doesnt care if you meet his price. He knows someone will.
Whats it worth to you is the better question, Is it worth the 5 best pins you have to trade all at once maybe?
Is it worth the 200$ that evilbay seller wants for it?
oNly you and the shadow know???

VERY good thought!!! I have often times wondered and I know we have been over it on the boards (not quite so specific with a certain pin) but in general. That is a great perspective on it. :)

Secondary market value trends between $125 and $150, last time I checked. Sometimes it goes lower, if no one is watching the auction.

Nicole (abyssinian28) is right, sometimes you have to keep your eyes open while others are sleeping!

I scored one of these last year on e-bay with a listing that was BIN for $24 OBO. The listing stated that there was a "flaw" in Jessica's hair. It had only been listed for about an hour and there was already one offer that had been turned down, so I hit BIN. I expected the worst regarding the "flaw", but when I received the pin it was just a small dimple in the enamel that we see so commonly in pins. I could not believe my good fortune particularly when someone else had the opportunity, but passed on the BIN option. A case of being in the right place at the right time.

Good luck!

I think someone has this pin for sale in the pin sale forum below. I think they are asking $80. I could be wrong.

She was my Holy Grail and is now my most prized pin. I has able to trade for her, but it was kinda by a fluke, the pin I traded was <strong><font color="#FF0000">Pin 65812: DisneyShopping.com - 4 Pc. Halloween 2008 World of Disney Mystery Pin Set (Stitch Only)

But I didn't have the stitch pin nor did I knowingly sent the request out. I had ordered the mystery set but it had not come yet. I was so excited and get a chance at my HG and scared that I would not be able to make the trade. I've never been so excited and nervous opening a mystery box set as I was that day when it came. I was so over joyed to find that I had gotten the Stitch pin. It was meant to be that I get that Jessica as Maleficent pin. <br>

I wish you luck as it is a great pin.

Jessie is a total babe in that pin, that is awesome that you got it congrats. Fate has a way of just working out for us in ways we never anticipated, and once we're in the zone, everything just falls into place, man, and there you have it, it's all good.
