I think Cinderella already has a BT, but it should be re-made with a better one (than just a shoe!). I like your choices for the rest!

Disney: Tron, Star Wars, Indiana Jones (seems like Disney owns most everything!)
non-Disney: Inception, Batman (though that may go against the Marvel stuff), X-Men

Treasure Planet
TRON/TRON: Legacy

Frozen would be nice too, but I know all sorts of chaos comes with that one!
 
Disney: If Studio Ghibli counts, I'd take one from any of Miyazaki's films. Totoro, Kiki, Howl's Moving Castle, Mononoke, Spirited Away...
Non-Disney: The Princess Bride (how has no one mentioned that one yet??)
