I wouldnt pay more that 9 dollars for the pin it is very easy to find. Maybe I can help you locate it I am always at the park. Sometimes cast members have it for trade i can easily trade something of mine. Let me know. I support Equality and the right FOR ALL to Love.

Hey welcome to DPF! OE is Open Edition, meaning that there is not a limited quantity of them. It is an easier pin to get. Hope you find it!
 
As others said, its an open edition, meaning its not hard to find. If you go to the PinPics page, 70 people are currently trading it, while only 35 people want it. You can send out some PinPics trade requests and hope someone responds, or you can pick one up the next time you visit one of the parks. You can also try eBay, but when you buy something on eBay there is always a chance that you are buying a scrapper or fake.
