It's a LE 25. I saw one on Ebay about a year ago and am still kicking myself for not pulling the trigger.
My other never gets are

Pin 74461: Adventures by Disney - Enchanted China Gorges Gumdrops in Guillin Mulan Pin.

These are given out at specific stops on the China Adventure tour, and Yes, they are FREE!
