Does anyone have any information about the next PTN at Disney World? I am trying to schedule our next trip to land on the next PTN. If I did the math/research correctly, it should be in March? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
 
Asked a manager yesterday and he said that because of some guest issues (traders being rude, demanding and mistreating CMs), they had decided to discontinue trade nights. However, they decided to try and "re-organize" and change up the procedures to see if things would be better. He said they just received their finished plan for trade night but no date has been set. He was guessing late February/early March.

well that's interesting ... and a little bit scary at the same time.

I wonder what kind of changes to the procedure can be made. I definitely don't have a problem believing the "traders being rude" bit though.

I think it is such a shame that a small group of people could ruin it for everybody :/ I hope they manage to sort it out!

This makes me so sad to read! I didn't know they were having issues and since my son and I are getting hot and heavy into pin trading I was looking forward to making these nights a sort of tradition for us :( Bummer.
 
I hope they get it sorted out...I enjoyed them immensely and hope that a few rude traders don't spoil it for the rest of us!
 
I heard a rumor that there is a WDW PTN scheduled for Feb 1.. I trust my sources but since there hasn't been an announcement I'm not sure what to think esp since they keep pitching an artist signing at DTD for the same time... I just hope it either doesn't happen then or they announce soon because I'm afraid they'll announce it too late and attendance will be low since people can't drop everything (and it becomes a "it's less popular so we dont need to have them.." argument)
