Man, there goes my one and only chance to ever own one of these pins.
With three of them being my main collection , I don't think I will ever get them now.

Going to go cry now..... Congrats to those who got a set.

I remember many of nights when everyone on the boards was up in the wee hours of the morning trying to get the latest pins. It did not help that many would call the next day and complain about how the pins they ordered were sold out and their orders cancelled. At least we had a chance to purchase pins. Sometimes we won, sometimes we lost. I would rather take my chances.

I LOVED Disney Auctions! I remember one Thanksgiving I had to break away from dinner because I had to be online for the "random" release time that we had all already figured out. The quality of those pins were so great! LOVED that period in time for Disney Pin Collecting!

As I was reading this thread, my husband was reading on Yahoo News how city of Detroit is selling its airport, art collection, zoo etc. For a moment, I felt shame :/
 
Disney pin releases just seem to get worse ..... I feel for all of you that have been put through this ordeal ....... to have an order cancelled, after you thought you were successful, its heartbreaking.

I so wish we could go back to the days when we arranged co-ops, we never had trouble getting the pins we wanted.
 
Guys, I'm just gonna keep the pin page on ds.com open for a few days and refresh...you never know.

Mine still says Active...I'm trying not to be too hopeful, because I am sure that it will come crashing down on me. My total is still showing as well. I will keep all of you posted. My heart is racing every time I look at it. I think I almost had a heart attack last night fumbling trying to order them as fast as humanly possible and I'm having that same feeling as I wait for a shipping notice. I haven't bought anything from the Disney Store in ages, how long does it take for something to ship usually?

Like Karin suggested, DO NOT CANCEL YOUR ORDER. They may realize they miscounted, they may have someone cancel theirs (I have no idea), so there is still a chance!!

I have no idea. I was online last night trying to get a pre-order for the 5 dolls (well 10) when it froze (unsuccessful at the dolls.) Was also in chat when someone mentioned just ordering the pins and it was like whaaaaaaaaaaaaaat? Around the same time, I also received a single text about the pins being up.
 
The fact of the matter is there are just too many people all wanting the same pins. Trying to get pins now a days is so F#*@$% up. Seems like the only people getting these sets are the ones who want to sell them for $1200. That's why I just bought a set and did my own co-op. I figured that was the only way I was ever gonna get Rapunzel-Flynn. I hope at least some of you were able to get a set.

What time did you place your order? I know what you mean about fumbling things trying to get your order thru.. I was doing the same thing! Lol.

I think I placed it at around 3:02 or 3:03...I am fast when I have jelly arms!! I keep breathing irregularly lol I really need to stop looking at it it is making me so very nervous!! Will keep you guys posted later tonight when I get back from having a day out with my friend and away from the internet (after this weekend...yeesh!). :hug:
 
Guessing this means the UK won't be getting them. As usual.

Congrats to who got them though - sounded like a tough ordeal.
 
Someone posted an ebay link here, or maybe it was on the doll thread. Someone in IL has 6 sets up for sale for the low low price of 1199.99 (do I sound like an infomercial?) With the way the release was handled, I would think the seller would be nervous trying to sell these without having them in hand.
