I assume you mean DSSH release , still waiting in the queue system :(
Yeah, this one was especially clogged! Still haven't gotten beyond the registration page (gotten booted twice from it). But, meh, it was a massive release. I'm surprised that wheel is spinning at all.

I got through at about 12 minutes after, all pins still available. Got all four Beloved Tales and the surprise Little Mermaid Nesting Dolls release! Driving over to DSSH today on my way back from Palm Springs before I head to LAX. Crossing fingers for a PTD flip.

Me! I got all four Beloved Tales pins. I am going to try for a second set with my husband's info. But I am so happy to get more BTs for my collection.

I can get as far as the tick box to confirm page but then get booted , never mind . Nothing I desperately wanted but a couple that would have been nice .
I'll probably get through when there's just a couple of bambi pins left

One of two things is going to happen:

1. Eventually, the logjam is going to clear, and there will be pins left because NO ONE has actually gotten all the way through.

Or (way way way) more likely

2. Everything has been gone since the 10-minute mark, because everyone got in and purchased right away.

All the comments I've seen online (with one exception) have been complaints, so I choose to be stupidly optimistic that #1 is still possible. HA.

And I just caught up with this thread, ha. Congrats to those who got pins! What a DUMB idea, having a surprise release ONLINE during a BELOVED TALES RELEASE. I hope DSSH has 7 years of bad Interweb karma for that one. Ha.

So my husband was trying on his work computer too (good man) and finally got to the pins page. It said the 4 BTs are sold out. I don't know if they are, or if they will pop back up in a short time because of the timing out of other people's orders.

Confirmed: All 4 BTs and the surprise release are listed as Sold Out. Bambi fans, now's your time to join the queue, ha ha ha.

Finally let me in about two minutes ago. Everything was sold out except the four Bambi frames. Going to try one more time, but I'm pretty sure they're actually sold out.

Here's the surprise set, for those wondering.

After 25 mins, I got through, but all the BTs were gone. I did get a surprise set, and decided to get all the Bambi pins, since I do collect it, but they will likely just be traders since I'm assuming they will turn out to be quite lovely...
Gonna have to sell my soul for a Zootopia BT :sigh:

I clicked in right at 12, but got nothing. I'm really upset, though I enjoyed the one pin from the Ariel set (fish girl, duh). Oh well. Maybe try one more time in a minute to see if anything is left.

I was able to get a full set, but I still absolutely hate online releases. Especially when I just saw someone get five sets to sell them. :l

Haunted JR collects Bambi so of course I tried for this release. I was able to get through around 12:20 and was surprised when I got one of each pin, including the surprise. :-)

But doesn't that happen at in person releases too? Groups that show up with large entourages so they have a better chance of pulling good numbers and walk away with several sets to sell? There is a certain group that ALWAYS gets their pins, even in multiples.

All I know is that, I haven't had any successes getting any BTs since the Jan 2014 release with Meet the Robinsons and Chicken Little...until now. Finally, I can add 4 more BTs to my collection (I am missing 22, I think there are 66 total now). Online releases gives me a chance. A small chance, but still a chance. Store releases gets me nothing.

While I think a BT release may be a little TOO big of a release for an online release, I do agree that there will always be people who hoard to flip. But the online are at least a mildly more even playing field.

Well, NO actually. :3

With online releases:
1 person can use as many email accounts as they want to get as many sets as they want.

At DSF each person only has ONE chance to pull a good number to buy one/two sets.

I would argue that the same groups have a better chance of getting more pins from online releases than in person at DSF. :)

Ughhhh. So, a couple of things first:

1.) I do appreciate them doing online releases, especially since ds.com stopped doing releases. My trading well is drying up fast ever since low LEs have gotten hard to come by...

2.) I am a veteran of the ds.com releases, so even though this was my first DSSH attempt, I am familiar with online ordering via Disney (and the absolute crapstorm they can be).

3.) I started getting sick last night, and woke up fully sick this morning, so I am a little bit Not Amused.

So, I saw the link go live, literally, and got the rules screen right away, and after that got kicked right to the queue. I literally saw EVERY error that was in the Facebook thread, most of them multiple times. In fact, I am STILL in the queue.

I don't know how these people are doing it. My speed is pretty good. I don't know if it's where they live, or what, but it's super disheartening to be right there when the link goes visible, and do everything right, and still never get sent through. They really, REALLY need to switch to a RSP system.

There goes having nice traders for the pin event...

Could they not limit it to 1 or 2 per delivery address ?
I know even that could be exploited but it would have held up the 9-10 set people
