My first response was going to be, "Well, there are already SEVERAL Tinks." But there are also SEVERAL White Rabbits, and he got 400.

I wonder if Tink, while classic, has waned in popularity, as far as they are concerned?

Someone already had them, which means they were leaked/given to someone by an employee so they may pull it completely and not let that PTD pin out at all

I'm not sure where the preview picture came from but it would be the same Lilo and Stitch pin from the picture
