Just got off work and going to the last showing so I can decide whether or not to purchase the doll. Is it sad I'm more excited for Frozen fever than cinderella? x;

I don't like Frozen very much, but I will admit that the short was ADORABLE. Like I'm almost tempted to cosplay them. Almost.
 
I agree with IronMan. I'm glad Disney kept the storyline similar to the animated version. I thoroughly enjoyed it, just not the family hacking, coughing and sniffling behind me that I had to move my seat halfway through.

Ah yes. I had talkers and phone people in front of me that I wanted to hurt, but I was so enthralled by the costumes I managed to look past them
 
I was already excited and nervous for the doll release tomorrow, but now after seeing the movie I want them even more. Can't wait to see what they look like in their boxes.

Omg blue cindy has her glass skipper on displsy omg omg omg i love! Im disappointed to see that wedding doesnt come with a prince esp at that price, i swear i just had up from having a dream about these dolls,wedding cindy came with a prince in my dream!! Lol lol
 
The movie was absolutely wonderful. I absolutely love the lessons throughout the film. I am now convinced I need the blue dress cinderella.

Ahh im relieved the movie has had so many positive reviews, ive spent so much on the merch that i would of kinda been disappointed if it wasnt very good! I enjoyed maleficent when it came out but was sad that they didnt use the original fairies, i actually find it difficult to now sit through the movie on dvd, dont like it as much as i did initially, i think its cos they changed the story. cinderella live action has stuck to the original, it looks a lot more magical and the costumes look amazing! Cant wait for my blue dress cinderella to arrive to complete my live action collection :)
 
I am so pleased that neither of the LE Cinderellas are quite as severe-looking as the stock photos initially made it seem. Wedding Cinderella looks very pensive, in my opinion, and has a much softer expression on her face than the scowl from the pictures. Blue Cinderella looks pretty fierce in all the customer pictures I've seen so far, like she's about to go take on Lady Tremaine or talk to the Prince about running the kingdom. :) True neither of them are exactly smiling, but it's certainly better than the stock photos let on. I don't think I'll put as much faith in them in the future...first they uglified Prince Phillip, then the newest Frozen dolls, and now these two, all of which I now know are gorgeous in person. :)

Blue Cinderella's DRESS...now that I see the comparison photo of her and the 12" doll together, I still see where people are coming from when they say that they look similar, but the LE Cinderella is undeniably prettier. :) Her dress literally sparkles (best use of rhinestones on an LE doll ever!)...and the SLIPPER! They must have taken a leaf out of Mattel's book with that decision, but it is still such a special treat. Honestly, everything I've seen of her now, from the box to the dress to the face sculpt to the COA, is impeccable. I'm so so happy I was able to order her. :D

What kind of Swarovski glass slipper? Is it based on the live-action movie? Did you find it at a Swarovski store?

DS did release one based on the movie and I believe you can also get a different one through the Swarovski store but this is based on the animated film. They do a Cinderella crystal which is absolutely gorgeous.
 
Just wanted to share a few pictures. Today is my daughters 8th birthday! I had a very special Cinderella/Frozen Fever cake made for her :) she received the LE Cinderella dress and some lovely dolls for her birthday. We are taking 14 of her girlfriends to watch the movie this afternoon. We are so excited! Oh and I purchased the MAC Cinderella makeup for myself for the special occasion :)

The doll looks great in person - sadly I wasn't able to shell out for her.

Wow i LOve the cake, esp with the glass slipper on top and the LE dress is soooo beautiful!! Aww i hope ur daughter had an amazing birthday so many lovely presents, i cant wait to watch the movie. The packaging of the make up looks gorgeous

Wow, that cake looks amazing! Is that a real glass slipper on the top? And that little mini Cinderella dress is adorable. Your daughter is a very lucky girl! :)
