Does SIZE matter to you in the Pin World?

I love big pins they are hot & sexy. I feel like bigger pins capture the true art and beauty of the character or attraction that is being portrayed and brought to light. What do you think?

I am sometimes disappointed when I get a pin in the mail and it is smaller than I thought it would be.

I totally agree! It's just that bigger pins have more detail and such, so it does capture so much more with it

I like medium-sized pins honestly. I pretty much collect pins to wear, so I rarely get any jumbo pins because they're too big and too heavy (pull down on the clothes too much). I like the medium sized pins that maybe at max have 2 posts on the back because they have a good amount of detail while still being wearable.

Anyways, I do like big pins but I prefer medium sized pins. Big pins just take up a lot of space on my board, regardless of how pretty they are, I can put more medium pins on a board. I am not a big fan of small pins. I feel like I will lose them too easily. I was shipped a smaller pin with a few medium sized pins and I was convinced the small one was not there because I missed it.

LOL! Oh yes, I LOVE big pins! For a while there it was all I wanted to collect and if there was a super jumbo out there I had to have it. Now, I don't want them as much b/c I like for my pins to be on boards and those I feel are too heavy and will fall off but the 3" size pins are awesome and I love filling the boards with those. I think this is one reason I have never collected hidden mickeys and such, they are just too small for my taste.

I think that I tend to like the average size pin as you can show them off on your lanyard without straining yourself. Not to say I don't like the occasional jumbo or even super jumbo pin, but those tend to an exception to the rule...

I say the bigger the better... As long as the lanyard can handle it, I have a few that are too big to wear... As well I have some nice ones that are pretty rare in the pin trading world and as I always say, if you have it flaunt it...

3" stitch pins with nice detail and a cute pose make me gaga. jumbos take up a lt of space so it has to be a very special jumbo.

I like 2-3 inch pins best. anything smaller than 2 inches is usually a little disappointing and anything bigger than 3 is a little too impractical for me.
