Hello all my DPF Family...

This is Phase 2 of my request for everyone to help in our epic fundraiser for our beloved DPF site...

In Phase 1... I asked everyone to send in a nice pin to be used for the grand prizes in our fundraising effort... We are still needing more of these and they continue to arrive daily... Thank you for the amazing items so far...

But this phase I am needing something different...

In order to properly run this fundraiser, we will need hundreds of consolation prizes... Pins valued in the $5 - $10 range... I am hoping that many of the participants playing the fundraiser game will choose to waive their consolation prizes and we can save extra money on the cost of shipping and the need for as many pins, but we must be prepared to provide enough pins to guarantee each entry a prize if they so choose...

This is where the DPF Prize Team will come into play...

If you are willing to provide any consolation prizes and ship them from your location to the winning players, please post here on this thread how many consolation prizes you are willing to donate and ship out... Even a 1 pin commitment will help...

Please note that these do not need to be expensive pins, nor can they be Hidden Mickey's... Basic Rack pins and perhaps lower value LE pins is what we are in need of...

I will keep an updated list on the following post of those who make a commitment to help... after the fundraiser game has ended, those who are on the DPF Prize Team will receive the addresses of the members in which to send their items to...

So to open this up in addition to our major prize donation, we will commit to providing the first 25 consolation prizes as well as any needed to complete game if enough donations are not received...

Would anyone else like to be part of the DPF Prize Team along with us???

I'll be happy to add two consolation prizes! This makes me feel a lot better because since I'm a new collection, I don't have many "rare" pins to spare. But I can certainly let go of lower pins for the sake of the forum! Put me down for two, good sir! I might be able to add more later. :D Do I need to tell you what they are?

Thank you kind sir... and no there is no need to know what he pins are as it is better if it is a mystery to the recipient...
 
I would be more than happy to do two. I will be going to WDW before this game starts so I would be more than happy to help out. (I please request to ship to the US)

Can I do this? Rather than me paying to post pins to the U.S. and someone in the U.S. sending pins here, I will commit to send a consolation pin for every entry from my donation areas - ie. Canada, Central/South America, Asia, etc. (ie. everything but the U.S. and Europe). Plus, if someone in Europe will volunteer to distribute them, I'll send another 10 consolation pins to that person.

Hi Moe,

I will gladly donate anything I would get for contributing to the first phase. I didn't know we were getting anything for that anyway.

I am in for 5 pins and will ship anywhere. Please be sure to list their dpf name, I will try and make them from their wants list.

Thanks for updating Moe! NowHow will we figure out who to send the pins to?? Will you send us all a mass list and then we just send out to our respective numbers??
