I have no problems with people selling or trading the pins that I zap them. I have no problem trading a pin that I was zapped, or even zapping it to someone else, if it fits their collection and is just in my traders. I would probably give the heads up if I were selling a pin that I had been zapped, though, because that would most likely be a more desirable, valuable pin, and I would want the person to know and not "hear it through the grapevine" and think I was ungrateful.
I am sure that there is somebody who disagrees with me. Please do not be afraid to post your opinion as well. I brought this up to talk about. I do understand how somebody might be upset if somebody didn't keep their present, but I would rather bring it out into the open then have anybody upset in private.
This is an open discussion so as long as it stays civil I will keep it open, I really do want all sides to discuss it.
The only time I ever get my feelings hurt over zaps is when I send something and literally get no recognition that it was received, let alone a thank you. Sometimes I throw extra pins in with a trade, or an auction winning, or whatever. And sometimes the recipient will say "Oh hey I received the package, here's your feedback". But no thank-you. (I'm talking one-pin for one-pin trades, too, so it is odd that they don't notice?). I know some people get busy, but it really is hurtful when there is not even a mention of it, and they are posting on the forum constantly. I try to think that everyone is human, and sometimes things get tossed under the radar (and maybe I'm cursed to be the victim of this? Lol!). I don't dislike anyone for not thanking me, but it does sting a little at the moment it happens.
