I have never framed anything in my (almost) 5 years of collecting. This is my very first attempt. It was inspired by the Good Fairies card which was sent to me by Kayla (Story). And then I got the second card on Ebay.

I wish that I had a better glue. I used my daughter's Elmer glue and it messed up the background paper a bit, but oh well ..

The sad part of this experience was that I found a little pin prick on the 3rd pin (the one with the spinning wheel). I don't remember it being there when I bought it and these pins were stored in bubble wrap. How that little hole came there is a sad mystery.

I took the pictures before placing the glass to avoid the glare. The background is just glittery scrapbooking open stock paper from JoAnn. The little blue flowers are from Jolee and I just loved them, so I had to use them in this frame.

Here are the pics:

I think I could have done it much neater, but I was a bit impatient to see the finished product. On the bright side, now I can see my favorite princess on the wall :)

I found some nice Disney licensed princess scrapbooking papers too. This summer we might finally place my daughter's Rapunzel pins in shadow boxes.

Oh wow! You did a beautiful job, Selen! I love the way you arranged the pins around the cards => And so awesome that now you get to see them easier- I can't believe this is your first frame job- it looks so lovely!! Thanks so much for sharing with all of us!! ^.^

I love how that turned out!! Great job!! Are you sure you didn't mean to pick PINK paper though?? ;P

Great job Selen! It looks great. By the way, sent you an email earlier this week, hope you got it let me know if you didn't :)
