I think im going to stay away from this thread now, until i've seen Frozen :lol:! So worried about seeing spoilers :anxious:!!

Also UK people, if you go to the till at disney store and say "I Love Summer" You can get 4 tickets for Frozen on sunday !! Im going to try on saturday ^_^
 
I don't know what to expect. With Tangled I was in love with very thing except some of the music was too poppy and not as instantly memorable to me as songs from some of my favorites have been (or even some of the ones that are not my favorite). Even now I don't go around singing any of Tangled's songs although I know them well. So I am hoping Frozen has more songs I instantly like and want to go around singing and listening to.

In the past ever time I watched a new Disney movie the songs sounded familiar to me even if it was the first time I heard them. I can say that for The Little Mermaid, BATB, Aladdin, Hunchback, Pocahontas, Tarzan, and Mulan. But Tangled and PATF didn't have that instant familiarity. That was one of the qualities I always felt distinguished Disney from the other companies doing musical fairytales but now it has been hit or miss. I hope Frozen is a hit!
 
I just ordered the Sven plush ^_^! My frozen collection from DS now consists of: Both LE dolls, Anna and Elsa 12" Dolls, the snow globe and the Sven plush!

My whole wishlist for DS stuff is The 2 singing dolls, Hans and Kristoff and the small £12 Olaf
 

How were you able to get a refund? I've contacted them 4 times and they're basically telling me to just wait..

No one here is supposed to be talking about the movie..
 
My Anna came yesterday. She's beautiful and I'm super happy to have her but she's has a funky ear. It has a hole in the top part that I originally thought was a black smudge and a cut in the middle. All DS wants to do is have me send her back and they'll give me a refund.
 

You that that was disappointing??! That was my favorite scene. Wow.

This is to do with everyone in the UK getting a refund of £20 per doll puls vouchers after Disneystore UK confessed a error with the original pricing;


(From Disneystore UK) "We are very sorry for the problems many of you encountered around the release of our Frozen Limited Edition Dolls. We made a mistake with our pricing and would like to apologise for this.....In the subject line of the email, you should include the Product Item Number (as seen on your order email) – this will highlight your email as a priority."


They have told people that their emails and refunds would be treated as a priority so that is why we are getting fast replies.

I just got both of my LE dolls in today. They both came in great condition, however my UPS guy has gotten sneaky...he doesn't even knock anymore.....which I find odd but okay. I really do hope that they put out a LE of Anna in her Snow outfit and Elsa in her coronation outfit or Kristoff! I would love to have those in my collection! I think I will buy the classic Anna and Kristoff (no Hans for me!). May be the small plush Olaf, Sven, and possibly the mugs. I'll have to wait and see how much money I have and if anything goes on sale. I think I want to make my Frozen collection part of my Disney Christmas collection. I think it would be fun to make Christmas scenes with all my dollies!

To me, it seems like there are two types of "lost in shipping" processes going on with disney right now. There are dolls who seem to have gotten labeled and lost in the warehouse, and there are dolls who are with UPS and who are getting delayed. If Disney doesnt want to offer you a refund just yet, then they probably believe that your doll is in transit and want to give it a proper amount of time to show up. Usually there is a grace period for shipping delays before you can get refunded and consider it lost. I also heard someone mention that if they give you a refund they put "return to sender" on your package... would you rather have a refund than the doll?
 
my doll was marked as recieved but never turned up, thankfully because theres UK dolls still left a replacement has been issued and fingers crossed will be here tommorow.
 
Well Disney called, my Elsa is lost so the refunded me does anyone have an extra they'd sell me???? Otherwise it's eBay for me.... Feeling bummed...
 


I'd prefer the doll but the refund has been given, they researched it through tge warehouse and UPS....they just said unfortunately it's lost.
 
OMG!!! My Frozen Vinylmations came and I got the summer Olaf variant!!!!! I only order 2 blind boxes!!!! I can't believe it, I never have luck like this with the blind boxes...
 
I really hope they put out an Anna in her snow outfit too! It's the only reason I didn't get the recently released LE Anna, even though she's really pretty. I definitely want to get the classic Anna and Kristoff- I just love his character design, he's such a cutie pie. I wouldn't mind the play sets or the singing dolls either, but one thing at a time for me lol. I think they'd make really cute Christmas decorations and I'm definitely putting my plush Sven out with my other reindeer plush
