My sister choked on a Cheerio when she was a baby. Kids can choke on lots of stuff. No, I think The Man is just trying to ruin our fun and make us jealous of Brits and those with Kinder egg access.

It's those orange container things they put the toys in. They're a pain to open. Even now, as an adult, I bite on one end and pull. Yeah, that whole "don't put it in your mouth!" lesson flew right over my head. Perhaps it's people like me that got them banned in the States xD

before they put the tab on the sides of the capsules they could be pretty lethal when you tried to bite them open xDmy sister and I love kinder eggs so much my parents bought a case from a warehouse and split it between us as one of our christmas gifts xD I think I have 2 left.

omg frozen valentines? I finally tracked down hercules ones but frozen? Id totally get a set to display and a set to use!
 
Found some awesome Frozen keychains online this evening! There's still stock of Anna on eBay but I can't find Elsa or Olaf in stock anywhere!

Thank you for the comments regarding PayPal everyone. I have contacted the seller and am awaiting a response. I have two theories, either they think they can get a higher price so they canceled one listing and ignored the one I bought, or they lost/broken/didn't actually have the item and they just aren't contacting me about it. Hopefully it all works out, I really want that figure. i did console myself by buying the Bullyland Elsa from the Uk though...
 
I have a question for those with the Singing Elsa doll and the LE 2500 Elsa doll. Does it look like they have the same face mold or is it different. Their faces are painted different, so I can't really tell looking at pictures on the internet. Plus, the eyelashes on the LE doll probably make a big difference as well. I saw a picture on google of the Singing Elsa custom made with eyelashes, and she looks very similar to the LE Elsa's face.
 
To me it looks like they are different face moulds. Singing elsa is more "cheeky" and seems to be smiling bigger, LE elsa looks like a bigger version of the 12" playline doll from DS. Personally, I favor the LE face more

Haha I asked that a few pages back and was told they are definitely different. Singing Elsa has a slightly more lopsided smile that is due to more than just a different faceup, as you can see it in her cheeks too. Her eyes look different as well, but that I think could be due to different painting of the eyes. I'm kind of surprised they didn't use the singing Elsa mold for the coronation Elsa doll, to make her more different from the Snow queen Elsa doll. I suppose that wily expression wouldn't have been appropriate when she is in the coronation outfit though. It would have been more appropriate for snow queen Elsa.

I'm also on the lookout for these eggs for another forum member and for me, checking my grocery store almost weekly (but they only have other disney characters no Frozen eggs yet) and hoping they will turn up soon!! By the way the Zaini eggs are manufactured by Zaini spa in Italy (Not Kinder) and unlike the kinder eggs they don't have a 2-layers chocolates (milk chocolate + white chocolate) rather just 1 layer of milk chocolate, and yes they are very yummy! :)~
 
Now somebody sold an Ice Elsa LE doll for $600. And people are actually buying the unreleased dolls as a set in the $600 range as well. Is this real life?

That is crazy and unfortunate but to be honest I think the most we can do is just worry about our own situations and not get so caught up on what people are buying these dolls for or willing to pay for them. At the end of the day it really doesnt affect us if we are able to get the dolls at retail so I would expend more energy preparing myself for the release rather than worrying about what other people are doing as that may just result in you psyching yourself out. I think we should be able to get these dolls without having any issues so long as if you are prepared for the release on Friday.

Who cares what these people are paying for the doll on the secondary market, yes it is crazy but if someone is willing to pay that much for these dolls then that is their own business. Whilst we all know that you can get the dolls cheaper than that this poor person may be misinformed, desperate for the doll or just think that it is worth paying that money for it at the end of the day it is their business and we dont know their circumstances to judge them for their decision.

At the end of the day they had the demand and the seller was able to supply it so both parties are happy. Also for all we know some of these sales could be false or fake in order to help build up the value of the doll enabling others to justify buying the doll for that much money.

Ew. People fake the winning auctions? What's wrong with people? Unfortunately, I hit a bit of a dilemma. I've told myself if Elsa kept going up, I may have to sell her as it could help me pay off a student loan, textbooks, etc. I've been back and forth .. don't want to even though I know it's the adult thing to do. So I kind of have been checking up on her resale value, and thought I'd just share my findings; It was not my intention to make anyone feel anxious about Friday .. my apologies if done so. Anyway, I've been back and forth on this and I feel a little immature and silly that I would hold onto a doll because I might "miss" it. I don't know if anybody else gets like that.

Well, I told myself I will sell mine if it's an emergency. Like an emergency vet bill of some kind. That's kind of why I haven't deboxed mine. After paying the price I did for her, I can't being myself to do it. Which was $250 btw. At first I was a bit ashamed to pay that much. But now I'm okay with it lol

I think scammers buy stuff from themselves with fake accounts for fake prices all the time -_- To "force" a higher standard selling price. Personally I think that is what is happening here (I could be wrong)

Sorry Naname I hope you don't think I was targeting you or anything as I knew you were just sharing the info due to how rediculous it was and I do agree. I was just a preempting people worrying about the upcoming release and worrying that these sales on eBay will reflect the outcome of the upcoming release.

i know what you mean about holding on to a doll. Some people have had the mentality of I can just buy it again later down the track when I have the money but I just couldn't do that myself. I cannot see myself selling anything in my collection because if I do my collection will be incomplete and it would just bug me. But hopefully you don't have to resort to selling your doll as she is amazing!

Whee:D Can you tell us the company that produces them it should be on the label? I do not think they are kinder though they are Kinder-style, are they BIP? but I looked on the website and if they are, they are not up there yet
