Frozen Disney Store Merchandise, What are you looking forward to? (Contains Spoilers)
? . . Definitely going to try for both dolls, but as a doll I like Anna better.

I am so excited to see the film and see which sister resonates more with me. Is anyone else both a younger and an older sister? Whose design do you like better, and avoiding any spoilery info, who do you think you will relate to more?

I thought Elsa was my gal, but I am slowly leaning more toward Anna both in terms of design and from what I have seen in the previews. Though I am a winter baby for sure. I like Kristen Bell more than Idina, but I've never heard her sing, so we'll see!

I'm a younger sister--my older sister is 15 years older. From the beginning, I liked Anna. She is spunky and adorable. Plus, I'm a redhead and so is she. Elsa is gorgeous, but we haven't really seen much from her. Can't wait to see the movie.

Not gonna lie...I kind of hate how much I want this Elsa doll. She is just beautiful and everything about her plays right in to my aesthetics. When it comes to the character...yeah, it is a tiny bummer cause of that "what if I don't love her?" question. But, I'm going with how I'd rather have her and think "Ok, BEAUTIFUL", than not have her and think "DAMN IT!" ;)

i got a lovely postcard from D23 and the big golden book and a large colouring book coming (i love using them for art reference.) Ive had no luck chasing down the pins that are out but im happy to potter about picking up little things, i wont be big spending on the movie as Hercules takes everything xD but like many i like the look of frozen for personal reasons so i will have a mini collection.

oh also UKers frozen advent calanders are around :)

i've been looking for Frozen advent calendar everywhere ! No supermarkets near me seem to have them!

Funny story though, my friend told me poundland had them and she said "poundland has frozen advent calendars" and I didnt click what she meant at first and I thought she meant ice cream ones so I was like "my poundland doesnt have freezers"

haha! xD Iceland is where i got mine :) and i just got a sticker scene book from asda

Omgod thank you!!! I see a bunch of people bad mouthing everything on this thread but in another post say they'll buy everything. Just complaining to complain. The dolls are beautiful.

I knew I wasn't alone!! :) it's just sickening....if there's one thing I cannot stand its snobbishness. Kills me and I'll call someone on it every time. There's no need for people to act so high and mighty, we all spend the same $100 on them and MOST of us are grateful to get them!

from what i read, but not sure if it's true. It should be a UK only ( not european ) just uk exclusive for 500£

What?? There is a doll set with only 100??? I wonder if it will be any different to the single dolls because I can't see how it could be. Wonder if it is available online as well or just in stores. That is by far the lowest edition size ever haha.

Because they are boxed together they do look smaller than 17" maybe it's just coz of the photo but it does look funny haha.

It looks nice to have both sisters like the two doll classic or D23 sets. Maybe the price difference between buying them separate versus together keeps me from liking the dolls...also(more the reason) probably because I don't live in the UK I'm trying to talk myself out of wanting them lol...has Disney ever done a limited edition exclusive like this before?

I just read the £500 part then. Hold up that doesn't make sense?? Why would they raise the price by almost 4 times just because they are boxed together? I have never seen Disney do that before. That sorta sucks that it is just a UK only set as well but I'm glad that UKers finally get some exclusive items as they do ten to miss out on quite a few US only items. Such as the designer mugs and journals and some of the earlier LE dolls. But yeah 100 is such a low ed size that will sell out within seconds.

i am still holding out on hope that they will be releasing this in the US too haha. I just want a chance to get them and not at ridiculous eBay prices haha.

I would love to buy the separete ones to debox them and buy the UK 2 set one to keep them in its box. But I don't have friends who can help me buy this in the UK, and with the price tag of 500£, it's a total pass for me :/

Wow. I love the set of them together.....but wouldn't buying them separately only be 120£? That seems like a crazy increase if there isn't something else with it...

AHAHAHAHA Even though I could try for them being in the UK, £500 seems extremely high? if that's true, can't spend that, ah well. (And I debox stuff anyways) They look very nice together but my goodness I hope that is not the true cost considering they would be £70 each normally

(guys, the £ goes before the number. You are freaking me out:lol:)

Eh, I rather have them separate. Plus I wouldn't want to pay that much more for the same dolls that just come together. It does look like they made the box bigger which might be one of the reasons for the price increase.

I agree £500.00 = $796.00

o_____o

Is the box made of gold?

I have a feeling they would actually be something more like £150 and the £500 may be a mistake?

When you look at them closer and to compare them with the regular one, it seems their dresses have more sparkling , elsa dress has more sparks too.. Don't know.

Ooh you are correct, I can definitely see more crystals on Anna's gown around the embroidery. Thanks for sharing the images :D

yeah but does a few more stones and some glitter warrent the price hike? im really happy the UK is getting an exclusive but im very confused over the price.

Ok now I see it. Yep both dolls have more crystal placements, I guess that is why they did the price hike but it still seems way to high for just adding more detail.....
