Gnoming Around the World Game (...and here we go!)

Hoping to get the pin later this week! I am hoping that Australia Post will be good to me as I am expecting quite a few things in the mail this week!

You should most definitely get it within 2 weeks, I will let you know if I get the Team Mickey pin, if I do then I would fear the worst for the other especially since it was sent weeks before the team Mickey one.
 
Hmmm ...maybe we should start a pool for guesses as to which team will win and by how much ...no 'jackpot', just bragging rights for the winner.

Hey guys great news for Team Mickey, I got the pin today. So will take it out this weekend to get photos etc.

Dulcecab, I fear that because I received the pin before you have that the Team Chip and Dale pin may have in fact gotten lost. Sorry guys!
 
Poor Chip 'n Dale.... It's not much of a competition if the opponent never showed up. Kind of an empty victory for Mickey. :(

I hope there's some sort of replacement or back-up for CnD.

We could always just do a zap chain and take pictures of our zaps in creative places. I know the gnomes were sort of the point of the whole thing, but at least we could get going.

Hey Pin-a-Colada, since it is unfair on the teams because Team Chip N Dale's pin has gone missing did you want me to hold the pin until we know what action will be taken? Or do you want me to mail it out to the next person as soon I have taken photos and continue the game?

By the way I just checked the address you put for the Australian address and the address is actually wrong. On the envelope the Suburb put was Kilda but it is actually St Kilda. I would have thought that Aus Post would still be able to figure it out though as the post code is correct. There is a possbility that the pin may still find its way to its destination but could have been delayed by the error because they should still be able to figure out where it is supposed to go because you do have the state and post code correct.

I call SHENANIGANS!!! Mickey didn't get to where he is today without knowing how to pull a few strings. Nobody is safe from the long arm of The Mouse ... not even a postal worker in Australia!

Enjoy your "victory", Team Mickey, but it is definitely getting a asterisk in the record books.
 
Okay folks, the fun is about to take off here in our Gnoming game. It seems to me that that crazy duo Chip N Dale fell in love with Australia and decided to head off with the locals. Perhaps, they were making themselves scarce because they knew they would be traveling to the UK next.



Donald has had some major beef with Mickey for some time and has asked to re-brand team Chip N Dale and allow him in this international adventure because he has mentioned that if anyone can beat Gnome Mickey is Gnome Donald.

Gnome Donald was gonna play this international game initially but Gnome Mickey had convinced Donald that he may lose his temper and Mickey would not be there to hold him back. Donald was not all that pleased with Mickey competing with the duo and reluctantly allowed Chip N Dale to play, but that in the back of his head he thought this is a "Ducks" game why am I letting chimpmunks do a "Ducks" job.
