in 2011 the Aladdin Musical Spectacular faced some difficulties with their flying carpet and they had removed it after it had flipped over upside down....Well The Carpet is back to further support our Aladdin and Princess jasmine through its Magical Journey.

so Hurrrrray for this because it wasn't the same. Prince Ali your so hot in person thanks for the kiss on the cheek.

I thought they were planning on shutting Aladdian down and putting a new musical?

Aladdin is headed for Broadway, I've been told by insiders. Plus they'er looking to remount a production of Little Mermaid for B'way too. Not sure what'll take over at the Hyperion once Prince Ali is gone. Perhaps they'll bring over the Toy Story musical they got going on the Cruise ships.

Really? TLM didn't do that well on Broadway. They should have a revival of BatB. That show did really well. It was sad when they closed it.

They had a pre-broadway production of Aladdin here in Seattle. They sometimes try the shows out here before they open on Broadway. I heard the show was amazing. I was supposed to go, but my daughter ended up not wanting to go the day of the show.

I'm so glad the carpet is back! Glad it is more stable now. I was at the performance when it flipped. Very scary- Aladdin & Jasmine were belted in, but absolutely upside down Aladdin's hat fell off. Ushers quickly cleared the theatre. I have missed the carpet for the last 2 yrs.

what about russ... is russ back.????? please please say he is back.
he is the best and makes the show so much better.
