I'd Appreciate If Everyone Read This (Clearing Things Up)

Hello DPF Family. First let me start off by saying I really really love the pin trading world (even though it may be frustrating at times) I still am so grateful to have met each and every single one of you! Sometimes as we know, there are little situations that get out of hand so I'd like to clear things up. First things First. I am a 20 year old girl who is currently jobless. Its not very easy for me to obtain money. Many of you heard I have "thousands of dollars" but I am clearing up that is false information. Let me explain what has happened. Our Fellow DPFer Zoe had purchased ONE Tangled PODM from me as a Presale. As Many of you know It was very very tough to get these pins even though I got there right as the park was opening. I had to wait two hours and could only obtain the pins for myself. I had 7 people order pins from me that week. Thinking I had given everyone a Refund, Zoe kindly messaged me a while later asking what happened to her money. Since then I have not had any income and any money that I have gotten has gone directly to me having to live. If any of you have seen me get pins lately it is because I have been purchasing through "Bill Me Later" because I know Im starting my job at WDW Next Month and will be able to pay for them at that time. Zoe and I had messaged back and fourth and she was very understanding about my situation. Over the past week I took a small break from DPF and Zoe had messaged me trying to get her money because I still was struggling to get it. I didn't get it until a few days later After I received a nasty message about how I am a "thief" making me sound much crueler than I intend to be from another DPFer, & Also After I found out that I was talked poorly about in the DPF Chatroom. Which Is VERY Disappointing to me. I just want everyone to know this was a misunderstanding. Zoe & I are on great terms and I would NEVER steal from anyone. We both understand being young that stuff happens. I just wanted to let you all know I have 100% Positive Feedback for a reason. Please don't hesitate to make trades with me because I always send out ASAP and make sure everyone has fun and has a smile on their face! Thats what this is all about after all! I think of many of you as family and would NOT want you all to think I'm something Im not. I don't want to be put on a "DO NOT TRADE WITH LIST" Because Im actually Someone you should trade with! I have done courteous things for others such as zapped, and I have never sent anything late and go out of my way to help others obtain what they need as well! I love you all very much and would love to get to even know more of you! Again, My apologies do go out to Zoe for taking so long. I just think this situation got blown out of proportion! things happen...but that doesn't mean Im not a good pin trader/person. Thanks everyone for reading!

I also want to say that I'm sorry for talking to everyone in chat about this issue- I should have just talked to a mod. Echo is a great girl, it was all just a misunderstanding. No one should be nervous about trading/buying from her.

Hi Echo. This is the first I have heard about ANY of this stuff.

Just wanted to let you know that I for one never blacklisted you (never thought there was any reason to!), and I'd be happy to trade with you anytime.

I have you on my ignore list, but I chose to view your post . It certainly did escalate . First off, zoe and I discussed it , too be honest no one else even knew what we were talking about . So please don't accuse her of speaking badly against you to loads of DPFers , I was just angry .
I understand that we all get in debt from time to time . Zoe is a dear sweet kind member and I hit the ceiling when I, WE ( zoe and I ) spoke in the chatroom that she had not yet received her money . I just feel if we trust you to get something and understandably Tangled was a nightmare, that the first thing you should have done was give people their money back immediately . When this is not done properly it raises a red flag . 20 years old your just a kid yet and you will learn from your mistakes . Please do not blame zoe for me shooting my mouth off in PMs, if you have to place blame, blame me . I threw the first ball down the alley . I'm happy you are getting your job back and hope things get better for you and that you have learned as well from this experience . As for me, I apologize and will stay away from your posts from this day forward .

and like I said, I would of gladly refunded her right away, but I accidently missed her out of everyone I refunded. Mistakes Happen, but thank you for your apology, its just very frustrating when things are blown out of proportion by someone it had nothing to do with and rubbing it in my face that you have pins that I need and you'll never give them to me is NOT what Pin trading is about. I would never do that to anyone.

Let's really not go there again as I reminded you back then that you owed zoe as well and you said, when your auction on ebay ended . But I refuse to have my BP rise again . I'm having a surgical procedure on my neck Tuesday and I need to stay calm . I could repeat things that you stated as well, but I won't . I apologized and thats all I wanted to do . I stand by the decision you quoted . I care deeply for the friends I have made on DPF and zoe is one of them .
As I said, I wish you the best always . I'll tell you something I was taught by my parents, if you can't afford to buy something, don't . I'm 56 , your 20, I get it now . I had to learn through my mistakes and you will do the same .

Remember, as a cast member you are not allowed to buy merchandise with your discount only to resell it to make a profit. Disney will catch onto this and you'll be fired on the spot! I've witnessed people do this and people have gone from manager to jobless within 30 seconds. Just be careful and watch what you do with your discount and admission/tickets. It's hard for us cast members sometimes because everyone thinks we can get them discounts, free admission, etc.

As far as the topic, I know how Echo feels. I've been going through some things recently and I've literally had to delay shipping by WEEKS. Ludicrous, I know, but things happen especially when it's completely out of your hands.

Don't worry! I have been a CM before and I know this I'd only trade what I buy at the parks with people! and thanks so much for being so considerate. I appreciate that!

You're a good person for explaining this to everyone. I will look forward to working out trades with you in the future. For some weird reason I have been black listed on some peoples list....but oh well...don't let it bother you if people do that. I frankly stopped caring and just continue to make trades with people in the past. I hope everything works out for you and Happy trading!

I might not know you too well, but I can tell that you are a good person Don't let anything that anyone says bug you, because you know you didn't do anything wrong. We've all had our fair share of rude talk behind our backs or to our face hear. I don't like it when it happens to me, or when I see it happen to others like you. You clearly are a good trader and person overall if you are able to explain yourself on this forum in public! You just can't let one bad experience of mistake get to you too badly. Pin trading clearly is a fun hobby, but it has it's struggles. Just focus on the people who bring you UP and stay away from the ones who bring you DOWN. You don't need them. If you notice I don't have a %100 feedback. I had a bad experience with a trader who claimed they never got their pin when I KNOW I sent it. It was my first PODM I traded, and I don't think I had enough postage. It was unintentional. But now some people probably think I'm a bad trader, even though the other 90+% of people have had great trades with me. Just keep your chin up and maybe just focus on trading rather than buying until you're back on your feet with your money. I can't really relate to you with not having a job, but I do know times get rough. But congrats on getting a job at WDW how exciting! I was the winner of her first (at least I think it was her first) trade auction. It took awhile to get the pin in the mail, but all went well. I would definitely trade with her again.
