I have shopped there several times and have always had postive experiences! Beautiful pins and great customer service!
 
Haha I can't take all the credit: I was sent a message by Dolphin324 by the kindness of their heart to show me a grail of mine as well. I saw this sight long ago at the time before I got into trading pins when I was collecting "gallery of light boxes" so the real credit goes to @Dolphin324. I just like helping people find their most wanted, hoping good ju-ju will fall back on me.
 
Belatedly, I just bought four pins from this store and wanted to add myself to the list of positive reviewers! They shipped FAST, packaged pretty well in a Priority mail box, and the pins are all in beautiful condition. And a sweet handwritten note on the back of a business card.

Which means they'll probably be another cause of my going over my pin budget. But such a great alternative to the evil bay!
