I'm really shocked that Eric is so pricey. I was on the fence about him but I am really regretting not getting up and ordering him now :/ Ah well. Maybe its a blessing. I am sure with his success they will make Prince Phillip and Aladdin in the future, and maybe even go back and make princes to accompany previous princesses. I don't have the space for all of that.
 



I was thinking about getting that one too but not anytime soon, It's not the first on my list of things to get but it's up there.

Ok well good luck, I saw some retailing at around the $150 mark, hopefully you can get one as it really is am amazing item. I was so lucky I managed to get plate number 2 out of 200! I had to buy it off ebay though. LOL
 
DS must be running really late shipping orders. I placed an order Sunday, 9/29, and just got the email saying it was being shipped. I think it will be 2-3 more days before we start getting those emails for Ursula and Eric.

I totally agree. I am normally pretty patient with things like this but I was so fed up with waiting for Ariel... so I sent them a very polite, but disgruntled, email regarding when are they going to ship my doll, because they should have contacted me when there was a problem initially with my payment. I didn't get a response to my direct email but I got a shipment email instead. They seem to be really running behind with orders.

I usually get the shipping email 2 days after I place my order. So with all these DFDC sets I've ordered Wed. morning and they arrive to my house Monday!
 
The Disney Store really could relieve people's stress if their order history section alone was better. All of my purchases for the entire year say the same price on them. I shipped an item to a gift address and they are now claiming that address is my personal one and the place where my current orders will be sent. My confirmation e-mail has my personal address and my online order says the gift address. How are there so many glitches? Other stores don't have these problems. What do I trust, my order history info or my confirmation e-mail? There must be a better way!
 

Wow, this make me really nervous to get my Prince Eric and Ursula dolls now since this is the first time I have gotten an LE doll from the website
 

I reported the problem with the order summary prices to Disney two weeks ago.
 



Everytime I order these dolls online I always get dolls with damaged boxes, so since I've been waiting since 2009 for this specific Ariel doll I also ordered 2 because I feared at least one of them would be damaged. Well both arrived today. Of course both had damage too, but not as bad as this!!! What happened with your friend? Did Disney Store or DisneyStore.com do anything to fix the situation?
 
I'm not a deboxer but was wondering if the numbers are printed on the dolls too?

Really? I actually think that the Disney Store one is nicer than the D23 one. I never liked the "main" image for Art of Ariel. The one that I liked the most was the one by Enrique something (I think.. I'm sorry, I dont have the lithos anymore)

Yes I was not aware of this but was informed here on the forum that the numbers on the COA coincide with the numbers printed on the lower back of the doll.

That's fair enough, I just like that the D23 image has more color than shades of blue and it is a nice image. The one you are referring to by Enrique is that the one with Ariel and Flounder

So I've got a question...

I had trouble putting Ariel back in the cardboard box with the tissue paper.. Do you guys think that without the tissue paper separating the doll and the box, some damage might occur?

Oh yes I know that one, that is the one they have as as a design on the mug, I do like that one too. I wonder if they will continue with these "Art of" series in the future as it really was a good series and I love most of the merchandise. I did notice that TLM did not have any LE pins like Snow White and Cinderella received.

Any news on the Frozen LE dolls or has anyone's LE Ursula and Eric shipped yet? I do hope they ship out tomorrow or at least before the weekend.
 
Just a heads up, I have decided because of financial reasons (and because aside from the massive cost, I can't immediately find myself in love with her), I am offering my LE Ariel doll for sale. I'll put a thread in the sales section but she'll be at retail plus postage. I'd like to send her to someone who missed out if I can, otherwise she'll go back to Disney.
 
You should advertise her on the pin group FB page Sophie....a few missed out on there who'd love her I'm sure???I'm shocked ur selling her?!!

I could scream right now....my package arrived in to my local depot yesterday @ 1300, it is still saying it's at my local depot. Today when I click on track my parcel!!! Surely it should be out for delivery??!!! I'm fuming...have FB Magdalena Disney, I hope it is out for delivery today, paid for express delivery grrrrrrrrrr.
 

Are we allowed to advertise other Disney collectibles on the FB page? I will if it might secure a sale. I know I'm quite surprised at myself for the decision but I really can't justify the cost as I don't adore her and money is quite tight at the moment. I took the plunge because I didn't want to miss out.

I'm sure yours will turn up before the day is out, the wrong tracking numbers are certainly a pain though! I don't understand why they said it was HDL and then it was Yodel !
