The question was asked why there are multiple characters with the same rank... With Christmas coming up, I would love to ship everything tomorrow and relax for the holidays... By assigning a rank, everyone has a specific time they may request their prize and there is no need to wait for someone to log on during this holiday time...

Just checking, if I am central time zone and pick #9 then I read this chart to say I can pick after 9pm PST/7pmCST. Correct? Also, do we have to wait for others before us if they haven't picked. I see some have given their spots up for "gifting" to the game so there may be blank spots. Thanks!
