So today, two days before my birthday, I received a curious LBE in the mail from a return address I didn't recognize. Inside were these:



Several kind-hearted DPFers got together and got me one of my most-wanted Grails, the Brave marquee!!! It wasn't the pin that had me in tears, but the heart-felt cards filled with words of such kindness and compassion, and the fact that so many people actually got together, plotted and planned together to do something nice. Sometimes it dismays me to see how greedy and unkind people can be, but today I was shown how very much alive human compassion still is, and that there are kind, good people out there.

From my heart to each of yours, thank you SO, SO much not just for the pin(which is gorgeous and shiny and OMG so beautiful), but your kindness and for thinking of me!! Thank you guys SO MUCH! I sat on my couch reading those cards over and over and cried for about half an hour!! I'm so touched and humbled and completely in awe of each of you. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!!! ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Oh, I'm so happy for you! I've thought everyday about how I could get this pin for you but like you my injury prevents me from working so financially I just didn't know how I was going to make that happen, so I'm actually in tears myself knowing that there were other people out there with great big hearts who could get this for you for your birthday.
