Yup... Sure enough. Just checked the two that I picked up. I'll send you two pictures. But it looks like it's across the board. They look repairable, to a point. The pins themselves are fine.I don't know if you've seen the talk on Facebook, but there are issues with the boxed set. The pins are attached to plastic strips which are attached to the box. It's supposed to give the impression of Alice falling through space. But the weight of the pin hanging in air, is causing stress at the attachment point, and the printed image to rip away from the outer box. Disneyland apparently stopped selling them altogether because of the damage. So I would recommend that you remove the pins from the plastic during shipping, to prevent any further or potential damage.

I don't need any pickups, but if my extras are needed to help complete sets, my Dad lives in Winter Garden so maybe he could meet at Disney Springs or somewhere to swap out pins too. Like I said in my trade thread I have 2 Queen of Hearts and a Dormouse, and I need Alice, Mad Hatter, and Caterpillar.
Addicted to Alice: you bet! I'll do whatever I can to get the pins at retail. I barely just skimmed what everyone received, including myself. But if you have a way to get another one (that I didn't receive yet) at cost, sign me up! And if the concealed one that you get with it is one you already have, can I have first dibs at it, if you're not keeping it (assuming I don't have it either)?
Also, don't tar and feather me or anything, but I plan on removing the pins to frame with all my other Alice pins. So, that said, for the Alice down the rabbit hole set, as long as the PINS are fine, I'm okay to receive one with a damaged cardboard background. Keep a pristine one for someone who wants to keep it that way
After reading through all this, can we just give a big round of applause for Merlin?

What I'm thinking is we work with what we have, cuz I think Merlin is tapped out, hahaha. If we ask him to charge me for 7.5 boxes (instead of 8) and you for 4.5 boxes (instead of 4), I'll ask him to take one of the Queens in my batch and send it to you. So you'll get 9 pins from him and I'll get 15 (including the 2 other dupes I have, which you also have). Does that make sense?

Hahah! Thank you guys. :3 even though it's hectic, I actually really enjoy it. :3 not only to I get plenty of exercise, but I also enjoy living vicariously through other people's collections / being an enabler. XD
And! Now with Pokemon Go, I get to catch Pokemon too! It's really a win win. Hahah!

I'm one of those weirdos who likes packaging. Don't care if you unfold the boxes and flatten them out for convenience, but I'd take 'em. If that's still too cumbersome, at least one? Please please please? :-D
