Here we go for November! If you spot something you’re interested in, just leave a comment (not a PM) with what you’d like for me to pick up.

If you would like for me to do a pick-up for you, please comment here. I will send you a PM with the necessary information.

Cost will be: Retail + Total Tax on your order + $1 surcharge per pin* + shipping** (+ paypal fees if sent as goods rather than gift).

**Shipping is $3 for US shipping for the first pin, then $0.50 per additional pin, up to $7, which gets you Priority 2-Day. I’m happy to hold pins for the entire month to save on shipping if you are grabbing multiple pins. Please indicate ahead of time if you would like for me to hold your pins for the entire month.

**FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please be sure to mention this in your comments so that you get the correct invoice the first time. Shipping just a few pins to Europe and overseas is a whopping $15!! Canada is a more moderate $9. I’m happy to hold pins for several releases to maximize on shipping cost. OR if you trade with someone stateside, I’m happy to send your pins to them and only charge you for US shipping (if it’s okay with them, of course). Please let me know your preference when you request a spot.

Merly-my-sweet ... I don't know how this works and if it's even something feasible for you, but it looks like the Resort Holiday Wreaths will be released on Thursday (11/10). IF these are something you can grab during a normal pick-up run, I would LOVE the Grand Floridian wreath (it has Alice!). If it's a side trip/detour, then obviously I don't expect you to get it. Thanks!!!
 
I'm not sure how they work either. I wonder if they will release a few a week? I can't imagine they would release ALL 23 at one time... But I will keep an eye out for you!!

They do release them all at once. They will be available at both the individual resorts and Pin Traders at the Marketplace. PT does not receive a lot of them, so some pins will sell out there. At the resorts, it's crazy how different they treat them. Some have them prominently displayed at the cash register and others seem to have them hidden out of sight and you have to ask, and hope you get a CM that knows what you are talking about.

So it seems they DO all release at once... Regardless, I planned on swinging by Springs first anyway, so I'll check there! If they're gone, GF is on the monorail track from MK, which is my destination on Thursday for the Christmas party. So there shouldn't be an issue swinging by there.

Hundreds, not thousands, I think. I'm pretty sure the ones I have from previous years were LE300 or LE400. Somewhere, there's a picture of this year's set from a preview board. If I can find it, it might have some information ... but since the sizes vary by pin, it's still a guesstimate.

It varies by resort. Some resorts, DVC like Vero Beach and Hilton Head (which will be available at Pin Traders) are as low as 500. Others are 750, some are 1000. I think they have gone to generic "limited release" phrasing on them, but based on passed years where they were a specific edition size that's the range.

As long as you go in November, I don't think there is any problem picking up what the group may need. Some resorts (usually the value resorts) will eventually sell out, but it's closer to Christmas. And a few resorts don't sell out (mainly, because I think the stores hide them and forget to sell them) and then they show up at the Outlets in the spring.

EDIT: Checked last years, and they were marked. 500 on the low side, but the monorail resorts were in the thousands. 2000 for some and up to 5000 for the Grand Floridian.

I do know from two years ago that GF was one of the places where you had to ASK about the pin--they didn't have it on display. I had posted a Wanted thread and someone was heading to the parks and said she could stop on the way, and she almost gave up looking for it. She finally asked the CM, who was like, "Oh, yes, we have those behind the counter." Soooooo if you do have to stop there (and have time to), maybe save yourself some effort and just ask, ha ha ha.
