Frozen Disney Store Merchandise, What are you looking forward to? (Contains Spoilers)
Haha they've actually replied on Facebook by just saying they have passed the comments on and £80 is right. Everyone is getting angrier by their response. I'd hate to be the person typing the replies!
I have to disagree, I was reading through it earlier today (some of these posters are enraged, too enraged) and I think the person writing the replies is enjoying themselves VERY much! Like, A LOT!! :nono:
Look at their response to this loooong angry rant
- ... I was there the moment it came out refreshing page every 2 seconds, then a strange message came up and could not purchase at all yet someone managed to get ne at 9am 40 mins after I had tried. I just experienced this with this pin, same message again. I have tried complaining last time but all dinseystore say is it sold out very quickly, which I did not believe from other peoples statements at the time. How quicky they never say. But you start to realise somethings wrong from other peoples comments. I was there again this moring the exact second and it says the same message again, could not be purchased. I have tried saying to you Disney if an item sells out then it should say sold out, but it doesn't. You say my comments are taken on board but obviously haven't, if it's sold out it should say so and the add to basket icon should be faded and not able to press. I was refreshing my page for 20 mins before it finally let me purchase one. Why is this. I don't understand how people managed to get one at 8.01am when it was still on my screen up at the top of the page saying to be released on 14th Nov etc. I wonder are you releasing one to buy every few minutes or something, or something's wrong with your system.'
'Our Limited Edition Frozen Pin went on sale at approximately 8am this morning This Pin was very popular with our Guests and sold out extremely quickly which is why you saw the message that the product cannot be purchased at this moment in time. Have an Enchanting Day!
........oooooooooooooooooooooh.......
HAVE AN ENCHANTING DAY! seriously? :lol:
Obvious backlash;
'It is not an enchanting day for many of your customers again.'
someone else replies!
'Please don't put "Have an enchanting day!" as it so demeaning to all the angry people '
Disney then continues ending sentances with have an enchanting/magical day. I have noticed they don't end every sentence with this. It is done particularly in response to criticism. Therefore, it must be intended as sarcastic and I can just see the employee grinning smugly. Some of these fb posters could be more tactful but the replier should certainly be more apologetic when replying to a customer who says they are very upset (otherwise, I dont think they should reply)
