Hi guys ^_^ I am sure almost all of us have a grail or two we have been trying to track down. For me, it has gotten to the point where I have started to wonder 'do people even own these pins?'. I know there a few trading on pinpics but I never got any responses.
Maybe you can post here and see if anyone actually owns your grails? I'm not looking to try and trade pins you own, would just like to know if someone has achieved them and maybe you could do the same.

Oh man, I've been trying to get pins from that villains set for months with no replies on any of them. I think that may just be one of those sets that people get and hold on to so I just moved on to others things. But it's the same things with my #1 grail, the autumn Ariel - very few active traders and they're looking for a limited number if pins that happen to be fairly rare themselves :/ doesn't make for a successful trade. But I'll keep trying, and I'm guessing you will too :)
 
Even though it may feel as if there is literally nobody in the world who has the pin and you start to think it isn't actually real, don't give up! :) I have two of my most coveted LE grails on the way soon (YAY!!), so patience is a virtue and I'm sure you'll get them both someday- they always make their way to the real collectors! ^_^ If it's any consolation, I have seen the 1st pin in someone's trade book before, so it does exist ;) Good luck, fellow UKer! <3 <3 :hug:
 
And megfan owns it...I cried when she had it offered in her auction for a pin I had. So I know it is out there..it has been my grail since I started ...be patient.... Hercules is few and far between....for the good ones.

I have the 2 LE 50 Jasmine Mardi Gras pins on the way in their respective framed sets- squeeeee!!! :D :D :D :hsd: :drool: :roll:

LOL yes, I would have loved to have traded for it when I saw it, but of course even if I offered all my traders at the time it wouldn't have equalled half of what it's worth LOL... good luck finding it! I know you've been after it for ages ;) <3
 
OH WOW congratulations!!!! LE50 makes a struggle for an LE100 small by comparison xD Congratulations, I know you have been after them and they are beautiful pins.
 
I love Meg! I would love just one pin with her on it! I am not a Hercules pin collector but I have some Hades and Herc...I would like at least one Meg and one Pegasus.

Thank you! :D LOL LE 100s are just as hard to find, especially one as awesome as this Hades villain pin! ;) We should launch an official manhunt for this pin... help a fellow UKer out, guys! ;) If I ever see or hear of anyone trading or selling this beauty, you will be the first to know :) <3
 
I saw this for sale on eBay around Christmas time for $110, but it didn't come with the card so I steered clear. I highly doubt there are scrappers of it but I didn't want to take any chances!! So there is one to account for lol.
 
I once owned the Villains pin and have since traded it away. I currently own the Tokyo pin as well. So, yes they exist! Lol

I can't believe you finally got that!! Congratulations!!

And AgentofAnarchy, I saw that pin on the bay for quite some time (the Meg Hades one) but it was pretty highly priced and chipped at the bottom. So it DOES exist and it will come up for sale again :) Be patient and watchful and I'm wishing you the very best of luck in obtaining it! I know it can be frustrating. My all time grail pin NEVER...EVER...COMES up and if it does, I doubt that it will be without the framed set :( It's the one that's in LaLaLaaana's siggy... pin 29301. It's hands down the BEST pin of Aquata and I just love her. I've been watching for it on eBay for at least three years now with no luck. I even tried to offer the person trading on PinPics everything short of my soul for it with no response. I remain eternally hopeful though. That's all you can do :)

Yes I LOVE this Meg pin too! I know this pin exists! And Aquata is right it was for sale on Ebay not too long ago (I think it was around $150 to $200???). I didn't think 48735 didn't exist from that series at all either. Until I saw it today on someone's lanyard at the My D Pins event :eek2: She wasn't trading it of course (and I don't blame her one bit at all) but at least I got to see it in person AND it existssssssss! lol Keep ur chin up I have noticed many pins that are highly wanted are started to show up both here and on ebay (dang bills and stupid economy XD), so it's all about the timing :)

Now if we're talking about pins existing... how about 36939??? Now THAT is a pin I am almost convinced no one owns, let alone willing to trade (just look at the pin pics wants/trade status on it). That pin I would be willing to fork over $1,000 for it (that is, if I had $1,000 to spare XDDDDD). My holiest of holy grails *daydreams w/ angelic music in the background*

If ur a collector/trader who has this pin and lives in the SoCal area..... can I just see/touch it? :rofl:

Just saying, my friend has this pin! ^_^ So this is another one that is a myth turned reality... good luck finding it, Mali! :) I'm sure we'll all find what we need in the end! <3 :) That whole art nouveau set is beyond gorgeous, though! :drool: I wish they would have done a Jasmine one! :D

I would if I could, but she disappeared off the boards last Summer, and I haven't been in touch with her since :( Bit of a shame (I hope she's okay!), but if she ever does come back I'll be sure to ask her for you both, if nobody else takes one before :) Come on, guys! Thankyou talesoftobv that Tokyo pin seems even harder to find than the spinner! I offered the heroes and girls jumbo for it once but never got a response. Congratulations in having it in your collection :D

thanks everyone for letting me know about the bay, that listing torments me. I keep getting Pms about my grail and then a link to the listing I can't afford xD breaks my heart every time :p that aquata pin is beautiful, I truly hope you get it.

Well I don't know if it's much of a consolation but I have the Evil Queen pin from this set, she was a grail of mine for a long time and was ecstatic when I got her. I also have the Emperor's New Groove one, not really a favorite movie of mine, but I'm absolutely bonkers over Yzma as the pink kitten, talk about a bad kitty. So the set does exist, and I know that different ones from the set have been sold here on DPF, so keep your chin up. I know patience is hard in this hobby, but grail pins to show up, otherwise we wouldn't see big Xs on people's grail signatures.
 
Hi, I own #48739 (Hades & Meg) but it is NOT for Trade. This Villain set has a storied past when it came up for Auction via DA.com. I "won" a whole set then they did not ship it!! Months later they reposted it on the auction site instead of going back to the original folks who "won" the set previously, and it was GONE!! I was very P****D over what DA did. Since then I have obtained MOST of the Villains spinners, but I still need Maleficent.
