I know who the villain is now, but I'm not saying'... I may like my tradition of spoiling the movie for myself, but I'm pretty sure others would slap me for posting a movie spoiler here.
 
I've been a Frozen fan for quite some time now. But it's really not about what pins you collect or which characters you love... It's about the number of times you see this movie in theaters.

But I didn't watch WIR once in theatres (which I regret), that doesn't make me any less a fan of the movie. :(
 
Frozen will be the new Little Mermaid with snow.Mark my words...These pins will cost a lot of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$600+ willshow @DSF LOL.....
 
Is it as big a reveal as Turbo / King Candy for the villain? If not, and he Villain is obvious at the beginning it doesn't really matter. But if you spoiled something like Turbo, that is huge at the beginning of the movie. Also that Vanellope is the princess. WIR had two HUGE reveals in it. Is Frozen really going to be a big reveal movie? Tangled was pretty obvious. Brave was obvious.
 
I don't know what to vote for.

I know I would like the marquee pin for my marquee collection but even if I liked the movie, I'm not really blown away from any of the current pin designs to have them in my collection. Maybe just as traders but I don't think I would get them now before knowing if people would want them now or not.
 
I wouldn't say its as big a reveal as Turbo, but I was rather surprised... so I think it still classes as proper spoiler.

Now this is my kind of challenge! :lol: Bring it on! I actually didn't do so well with WiR..only 6 in theaters. But for Tangled I made it to 11. I'm already getting family and friends ready and trying to plan out different showings. :D

Don't worry. I don't think anyone is going to doubt your love for the movie and especially for Turbo/King Candy. ;) WiR is one of my favorites, but I bow to your devotion to Turbo! ;) :bowdown:

:D Thanks! :lol: I really do wish I had watched WIR in theatres, I dunno if I'll get the chance to again now. I was going to go and watch it, but didn't... oh well. Now I continue my wait for Turbo pins.

I only saw WIR once in the theatre, but I did go at night and pay full price, so I think that should count extra! especially since I was still a new and paranoid parent at the time. :lol:

No there are a few others on here who haven't watched it yet. And I'm sorry about that, but the movie has been out long enough for folks to be able to discuss it freely. If its any consolation, the movie is awesome watching it for the first time even with spoilers.

I haven't seen WIR either, but I don't mind spoilers. I always look them up and then go see the movie and still wish the whole time that's really just a twist and it'll be different!

As for Frozen, I'd say it's a big reveal, although I haven't seen the movie yet to know if they hint at it or not early on. It may be obvious once everyone sees it.

I certainly expect to see spoilers in a WIR thread. But in other threads? I still see people online proceed with caution regarding the M. Night Shyamalan movies and other movies or books with big reveals when it's only tangentially related to the subject under discussion. And those have been out a heck of a lot longer than WIR. Mostly, because they don't want to deny others the pleasure of experiencing "that moment." A courtesy thing

I can understand that, but threads in this forum often go off topic, or other stuff is referenced. I'm used to talking about King Candy/Turbo, no one has ever complained about it before. After all he is my favourite character.

But I will now get back on topic... Frozen; yes... I hope to watch this one in theatres just in case I really like the movie. Don't want another repeat. Of course I think the atmosphere of the movie will work well with the time of year.
 
Seriously? Turbo-Tastic's signature has had Turbo and King Candy together for MONTHS now and you just now want a spoiler alert? Every thread they post in they've posted a spoiler in their signature.

Actually, if you haven't seen the movie, her signature just looks like she's a fan of two characters from one movie.

And I'm sorry if you think my "I didn't expect to see WIR spoilers in my thread about Frozen pins" is whining.
 
So should I change my signature? I don't really want to as I was quite happy with how it turned out. I feel a bit set upon right now. :(
 
No offense to anyone, but I'm going to try to bring the thread back on topic.

I can't say I want to collect pins for a movie I've never seen. What if I hate the movie? With if the snowman is the new jar jar binks? With that said, if I do like the artwork for Elsa and I LOVE Idnia Menzel. I might collect her in the future. I just can't pull the trigger without seeing the movie first. Just my two cents. :)

I certainly didn't say that. I said that I couldn't tell from your signature what the deal was. It looks like you like two separate characters from the same movie. It's like if someone had a picture of Anakin and Darth Vader together. Two pictures of Star Wars characters mean nothing if you don't know anything.
