I'm pretty sure it's not crazy until someone calls the cops. As for the slowness ... is it "just because" or is the quality of the pins such that people are taking their time and asking for better ones? Anyone who already has a set (and is willing to admit it :-P) want to comment on them? Sometimes the DSF pins look a bit, shall we say, "hastily constructed"? Just curious, since everyone's mad for these pins, do they really look good in person?
 
That Elsa Surprise pin is the end of me...

- Stained Glass? Check
- Elsa alone? Check
- Let It Go? Check

I agree that it is hands down the best Frozen pin out right now (for Elsa fans at least like myself) and the chances of me owning it are next to none :( The entire set is really nice but if I had to take one thing away from the release, it'd be that that pin is beautiful!

I am a bit disappointed in the details on anna and elsa on the marquee, as well as the sven and kristoff pin, and the elsa surprise pin. However, the anna and elsa standalone pin is quite beautiful. At this time, i only have "Get a horse" for trade. I am not sure if i have the heart to trade away the frozen pins.

If I didn't have my son and husband waiting for me in the car, I would've at least made it down to DCA to check out the pin shop on Buena Vista Street because sometimes CM's just have bad info and I no less people frequent that one. All is well though because I bought 2 on the Bay for a pretty reasonable price.

No need to blame your family =p I checked Westward Ho and the DCA places, too, and they were out. I'm really surprised (but happy) that DTD had some when I was there. New Orleans store might have had a few by park closing. The shop closed early
 
Wow, great photos of the details, Moondance! I love to see them that close. And I have to agree with you--I think the Elsa and Anna pin has the nicest look.

Totally agree about the Anna and Elsa

I'm bummed about the Kristoff and Sven pin. The white background, does not look good. I guess from the art I was expecting some sort of cut out along the trees. But it's the only pin with Sven, and he's still cute :)

Dutchess from Aristocats. The other, I have no idea but no one has updated so presumably still the mice from Cinderella. I'm guessing people wanted to keep their hands warm and put them in pockets so unless they put the toys down in the pee filled alley (lol), no one's bringing toys today?

Thanks for posting the pix, Moondance; they are great! Totally agree with the above assessments--Anna and Elsa is the best. The surprise pin is also really nice. But I too am bummed about the Kristoff and Sven pin, because I kinda have a crush on Kristoff and if I was going to break down and get *a* pin from this group, I could almost have talked myself into that one. But nope. Maybe once the movie's out, the floodgates will open and there will be more (and more affordable) choices. Riiiiight.
