A set of 4 is being given away at Comic Con. Collect all 4 and get a chance to meet the cast.

UPDATE: a fifth pin with a Wonderland "drink me" bottle was given away at the panel.

You get them by playing a game with lookalikes of the cast. The women in our group were happy we played ours with the Hook, Charming, and Snow lookalikes.
 
Good luck everyone. You can probably find them on EBay, Comic-con swag always is there fairly early and people always charge ridiculous prices for them at first before realzing nobody will pay that much and lowering it
