hey everybody

Okay I got a ton of pins from a relative, the person who I got them from is an old cast member; so there are a lot of cast member exclusive pins as well as limited and old retired pins. There are honestly to many to take individual pictures of or to look up on pin pics. (I'd guess between 400 - 1000)

If somebody would be willing to help me with these? I can either take photos for you on here or I can find a place to meet up.

What do you want help doing exactly? Finding values, putting them on your tradelist on pinpics, what? Pm me, I'd be willing to help with whatever

Wow, that's a lot of pins! I see about 4 I'd like if you're trading. What is your goal for the collection? To keep them? Add them to your own collection? Make them traders? Sell them? Depending what you're trying to do, it may not be worth the effort to try to catalogue them all.

Unfortunately, most of the pins are not too desirable. They look like pins you used to find on cast lanyards a few years ago before the faked hidden mickey's came to the U.S. by the boat load. These are the kind of pins people who trade just on cast lanyards and don't really collect hardcore would be completely happy to find just because they are different or it has their favorite character. Not becasue of value. These kinds of pins dried up the last few years with the huge increase in people trading scrappers who gobbled these and new Hidden Mickey's up. Makes it near impossible to find new HM's anymore unless you attack a cast member who just exited the stage door. Alas they aren't super rare or super hard to find, many would be at a Disneyana show for like $3 each, or 3 for $5 or 5 for $10 kind of thing. But a big chunk of them have a home in different collections so I'm sure you'll be able to trade some of them if you are wanting to do that.

Me, I like the nostalgia poster looking ones on the page with Californa Adventure and Paradise Pier pins. The square ones on the left for Golden State (4721,) Paradise (3556,) Bountiful Valley Farms (20649). Those are neat.

This is a cute collection full of pins with a large range of characters. I think Mark pretty much hit the nail on the head as far as values go. But I also agree that there are a lot of pins there that people would interested in trading for because of the subjects and/or series.

I wish I lived closer so I could help, but good luck figuring things out. Oh and I really love the Pooh bears in Father Christmas outfits so if you're interested in trading or selling those, please let me know!

Sounds like you already have a few offers for help, but if you need more and want to send me some pics I'd be happy to look for them on pinpics and search completed listings on ebay. Just PM me if so!

From what I see most of the pins are in the 3-5 dollar range except for the princess pins. Several of those go for 10 dollars and up. The most valuable ones I see are the cast service pins. With the Pluto 5 year pin going for 20-30 dollars. Those prices are from the completed ebay sales. You have some very nice older pins that bring back many memories of when I first started collecting. Thank you for sharing the pictures and congratulations!!!

That is awesome! I would recommend sorting them by character...movie... that kind of thing first. Having pinpics numbers would make it easier to sell/trade them. Having them sorted would make it easier to identify them. But, if you wanted to, you could sort them and then sell them in lots by theme here. Just say... "All Lion King pins sold together for $XX.XX"

But getting Ozzie or someone else to help you would be great! Thanks for posting so many pics! That's amazing and a wonderful gift for you!

Nice! Where are you located (state)? Maybe someone here can help you sort thru them. Thank you for sharing your pictures!! Some nice Lion King pins!

ah jesus thats a lot of pins! Super congratulations!!! are there hercules hidden in there? xD I could value you those for you but I don't know much about other films, good luck!

That is quite the collection there! Wishing you the best of luck going through them all; if I lived closer, I would gladly meet up and help out!

OMG, I want that Lion King on the first picture, haha! If I'd live any nearer, would be happy to help you, since I got nothing to do every single day *sigh* lol.

I see lots of Disneyland-centric pins (attraction posters, random park signs, history) that I'd LOVE to get my hands on! Let us know when you are ready to sell/trade/whatever!

Wow! That's a lot of pins!! You have a few there that I'm interested in, I can see 2 Djali's that I want!! PM me if you need help with anything
