Charlotte, you do NOT need to lose any weight. It's not fair, you just had a kid too! What's my excuse?! haha
 
I walk almost everyday but I really want to get into running!! I am going to try up-ing the exercise!! I would love to run a small little marathon.
 
So how would it work? Go by percentages of total weight lost? Cause if someone is 6'4" and someone is 5'6", the bigger person has more weight to lose. Just throwing in ideas...

great question! I already sent a message to grim about getting a private thread or group. I want everyone that participates to be comfortable posting. I don't want to turn us all into a public spectacle!
 
I am so in! I did good in January but then this month hit with my moms birthday, my birthday and then my aunts birthday. Throw Vday in the mix and blech. I am not sure I understand how the pin prize works out but I will keep an eye on the thread to see what the official plan is! (And if you need someone to help with anything just let me know! I tend to be on at work a lot - such as right now! )
 
And me! After years of trying and failing to muster any willpower, I finally joined the gym last month.

Losing weight is too much like hard work I need help!
