I went on the french site and attempted to order through there but it says it's not available so I guess it's sold out

I'm on the phone at minute been waiting 10 minutes and the buggers are still not answering!

if it has sold out on the french site they should cancel all orders and re release it when the website is wrking so its fair, but they wont.

If it's sold out already and us UKers haven't even had a chance to get it I'll seriously...someone needs to write a really strongly worded letter to Disney about this, and the fact this hasn't been the only time it's happened.
